To the part that protects: 

Thank you for your service

And for keeping me from harm

I love the way you care for me

And how you work so hard

But it’s time to rest now

And let me lead my heart

For now you have a brand new job

To feel your bigness soar

 

To the part from the “past”:

You show up as my inner teen

The part of me that questions

Just what and when and how things work

And why we aren’t all honest

I love your flow of truth and passion

How truly you want change

But now we choose to heal ourselves

To forge the path ahead

 

To the youngest of parts:

Your precious laugh, tears and smile

Fill my heart with joy

The way you see the world around you

As an extension of the heart

I love the magic in your being

The fears and worries, too

I am here now, to protect you

And let your love shine through 

 

To the keeper of the soul:

The work you do is magical

And really quite a feat

I stand in awe of your grand grace

But wonder how you are

The time is now to journey on

Into the Metasoul 

And then you will be done on earth

To carry on your heart

 

To the part that judges:

I understand how you must feel

When people say you’re “bad”

We’re told to push and shove you down

But you just want to help

Thank you for protecting me

The only way you know

But now it’s time to learn from love

And lower down your sword

Receiving Support, Soul Empowerment, and Your OWN Answers

With ALL these intense energies coming IN and being offered to you during this Now of Ascension, you may have a sense of overwhelm, confusion, lostness…and desires for more digestion, integration, and soul clarity. You may feel a strong desire pushed up to truly unanchor from 3D in ALL areas of your life and BE the living/breathing/walking around embodiment of your higher self.

Now is a momentous phase of awakening from 3D to higher consciousness of the heart, soul, mind, and body that we as a species haven’t undertaken before in one condensed timeline like this. Now is a time to seek support and a loving mirror reflection to encourage the NEXT places of growth. Now is a wonderful time to make the deeper connections to parts of your self and soul that hold trauma vibrations and karmic cycles AND soul gifts that can finally be transformed and integrated on a personal and collective level.

Coming off of my fullest week of sessions ever with some amazing women, I feel SO honored to serve love with sister souls during this time! I am struck by how much empowerment of EACH soul is wanting to emerge and lead…..how as a spaceholder I am just a witness and bridge for what the soul’s consciousness wants to bring through. I don’t give ‘read out’s, definitive answers and I don’t read out specific energies and frequencies to ‘tell you’ what is true about your process.

I hold space for the exploration of YOUR answers, which are there all along, once you connect to the parts of you that have them. I hold space for your self healing to activate, which is the ONLY kind of healing that actually brings lasting transformation. I connect with your Inner Protector consciously, who is often the part of you that may deflect, block, or resist deeper integration of ascension energies and the next steps due to undigested fears and not being negotiated with directly.

From Living Room To Loving Room: Celebrating Sacred Group Process Space, Community Shifts And Changes

At first glance, our living room is a mess, yeah? Well, if you could vibe yourself here to be in this room right now, the mess wouldn’t matter… this is the best room in Gabriel and I’s house right now. The warmth as I sit here and digest what moved between Gabriel and I as well as within us individually and within the hearts and souls of my other beloveds in this space today, I feel the warmth of the love container that held us all… the love energies coming from our hearts to our parts, our hearts to each other and each other’s parts. It’s a powerful energy to be in and around and not one that comes without cost, without constant and consistent choice, without courage and a deep trust within that love is carrying us to our next layers within and within relationship to each other too.

This was one of our last group healing spaces together before Jelelle, Raphael and Raianna go back to Canada, where we all came from 4 years ago, nearly to the day. It was a beautiful weekend of connection and process. It was a time of bittersweet celebration and abundance of love… digestions of our journey together so far and how much we are going to miss each other too.

We are choosing this next phase of separation so that Gabriel and I can build our kingdom together as a Sacred Union couple, an arising King and Queen. Jelelle and Raphael have their next phase of leadership too, moving on from this geography to be in a new phase of grist for their own processes and also to continue expanding our community. Raianna will be making connections of her own back in Canada too. In all cases, the intention holding all of it and all of us is to serve love… to ourselves, between each other, and with others. We ultimately want more of YOU to be able to access and experience what we experience together… the gifts and growth crucibles of soul family connections and the catalytic nature of this work.

So, a messy living room to some… but a warm LOVING room to me. And you’re all invited to take part in your next steps, feeling how they may even connect you more to us in the ways you’re ready for.

The Letting Go’s And Letting In’s Of Birthing Your Highest Calling

When you make a claim for your highest calling, the universe conspires in your favor. However, that doesn’t always mean that favor will be easy for parts of you. On the path and journey to that highest place within, we will inevitably be asked to feel things we have been avoiding to feel. To let go of things that we have been afraid to let go of. And let in the love that parts of us are not used to or prepared for.

If being and serving Love is our highest calling then we are meant to be challenged in ways that don’t resonate with what a part of us has been attached to. We may be called to question our motivations, our habits, our relationships, and even our dreams. This is a very deconstructive process that reconditions us into a new altitude of experience that can be very hard to acclimate to. These parts of us, the energy in us that is still understandably attached to a story or picture, are being asked to let go of all that has been held sacred and comforting. There are no sacred cows left untouched in this process. It is ongoing until we have made the choices that reflect this higher calling on a consistent basis and it becomes a way of life to keep choosing, keep feeling, keep healing.

Every choice creates the life circumstances we are needing to feel, learn, and grow from. Those choices are made by the prevailing winds inside of us, be it fear or love. The question for some can be, what is the difference? That can be a muddied one if we don’t feel the differing energies inside of us and have a way to separate from them in a conscious way. This is the process of parts work and the gift that is bestowed in helping to sort out that question.

If you feel these rumblings, contortions, and differing energies inside of you, they are messages from your Higher Self to feel and heal these lower energies so that they may transmute and integrate into your most joyous and purposeful timeline on New Earth. They are birth pangs and they can hurt like hell. They can be scary and really overwhelming. This is the Quickening and you are being called to answer and choose. It is challenging but also very self-loving when we let the process take us where we are being asked to go. Only your authority will direct you there when you are ready

Remembering With Love The Sacred Forgetting

Vision is the remembrance of the reality of infinite possibility. Love is what gives it life.

This past week has been a rumbling inside of me. A soupy pretzel of parts and Metasoul aspects that are coming to the surface to be felt and held. Another layer of healing and self-realization occurring as ascension waves continue to ‘bear’ down on us (pun intended). It can be a bit to be with at times but when you have a way to be with it, then it is all about giving love and space to what needs your attention the most, one felt day at a time. The wounds that arise as we ascend are like bubbles that come from the cracks in our heart and soul. They are the way home to our essence of BE-ing, our wholeness.

I took in two movies with my beloved Kalayna and felt a deep awareness inside of myself that was heartache and revelation both. The photo below signifies what I was feeling after watching the new Christopher Robin and a surprising Tomorrowland. I felt another layer of my own remembrance of childhood and how, especially with the masculine, so much was hidden away and forgotten about the magic of innocence. Coupled with the parallel Earth in Tomorrowland, and its message of imagination over knowledge really hit home of how much we have all been living with something that is of our own making.

The two tied together for me my own relationship to my star family wounding and how embedded it is in the childhood/teenage years. The emotional body holds the pain in the Now. It never went away, just like Winnie and Gang never left Christopher Robin, or Tomorrowland was always right there for those who were willing to dream beyond what was considered ‘possible’.

There is a significance in it for me as I continue to unfold, heal, and arise anew into a masculine that is willing to feel all there is to feel on the way back to our sacred leadership. What we have all been willing and able to deal with and accept energetically is a gift from our protectors, but there also lies a sadness that it had to be that way. To feel this sadness as deeply as it lives in us, and offer it the space and love necessary to transmute into joy, wisdom, and the courage for our next steps is the sacred reason why we are here.

We all have the gift of vision. Of sacred sight as a birthright. It lets us see beyond what we are and what we have been. We have the gift of heart to feel the depths of what kept us in the dark which in turn gives life to the very things parts of us never imagined we could ever be and have. This is the alchemical process of coming home to yourself as a bridge between worlds. I send an invite for you to join me on that journey.

The Pole Shift Happens Within

What seemed right-side up is now becoming upside down, and what was outside-in is now becoming inside out. This is the inner pole shift happening to our emotional and spiritual consciousness.

In the process of healing, growth, and awakening there is a flipping of all that we had once held so dear. That which made sense is no longer feeling that way anymore. Something else is in its birthing yet it has not totally popped into our waking reality. As our inner shift is tuning into the planetary and galactic shift, there is some rumbling of the inner tectonic plates of our being we call parts and Metasoul aspects. It is like a marble jar is being flipped upside down and they are colliding with each other.

This can be actually consciously held and even instigated on purpose. Right now the biggest shift seems to be happening with relationships with other as you may be experiencing an exiting of an old orbit and entering a new one, yet not sure of the textures and ‘rules’ of the new one.

Feeling the attachments both energetic and emotional from parts of you, you can begin a new relationship to yourself that is meant to usher in a new inner calibration to a world that is far different than the one you are in or leaving. One that is closer to the You that you thought you were or could ever imagine yourself to be. This does not occur without major changes happening. The question is whether we are going to consciously and self-lovingly aid in the process, or do we go through it in suffering.

In the process of parts work, you can feel where the upside-down is really your right-side up and by turning your INside out through intimately getting to know your inner world and how they experience this ongoing ride called Ascension.

My Healing ‘Me’ Phase: Sharing My Current Personal Process

Service of love is a crucible for growth… the growth of those you serve and your own growth too.

How many times I’ve learned this and been humbled by this…

We cannot downplay the importance of going inward and soberly evaluating ourselves, feeling if we SHOULD be serving others right now or if there’s something that needs us deep within first.

As my beloved friend, teacher and Facilitator Raphael said to me yesterday, “It feels right to take the space from facilitating. Without that, it would feel like trying to get at a foundation with a house sitting on top of it, which would be a whole lot more involved process.” Bingo.

Because of this, I’ve made the choice to step down as a SoulFullHeart Facilitator for this emerging phase of my healing and deep need of ME. My heart and soul feel a strong desire to serve love, yet the first step to that is becoming MORE love through being with myself and my parts. Without doing this, my space holding isn’t as deep as I desire it to be and not as helpful to the facilitant – the person making the vulnerable and courageous choice to lean into me for that 90min and maybe beyond – either. not to mention that the space held isn’t as safe as it needs to be for the healing to flow from my own love overflow into them to support their own.

I feel too how this process is not just about me as an individual. I feel how this is something that many space holders neglect to look at in themselves and as a result their parts can feel “burnt out” or resentful of their clients instead of in collaboration and heart-openness, which can lead to outright abuse or perhaps something more subtle. I feel how there is something for all of us to feel, whether you call yourself a “lightworker”, “space holder”, “wayshower”, “energy healer”, etc about how much you genuinely care about the person you’re offering healing to, how much respect and love you authentically feel for them, and if there are unowned judgments, triggers, pieces coming up inside of you that need you to show up to feel them in your own space, maybe even taking a break from offering healing to others for a phase, in the name of your own healing and self love growth. The biggest block to being able to vulnerably feel all of this inside of yourself feels to be the block of an overfocus on self-image, forgetting and maybe even hiding that you are also a humbly healing and ascending human being.

My beloveds in this community and healing path of SoulFullHeart have brought me many reflections over this past week that have given me plenty of pause and entry points into my heart too… to see why exactly I’ve been the way I’ve been when what I want is to be and serve love. This was a major sign of something big being out of alignment… we cannot put on the “healer hat” and be one way in sessions while we let parts of us run the show in other areas of our life and relationships with far less care, without one reality spilling over into the other sooner or later. And since the shadow is always wanting to be seen, felt and held, of course this is where the spillover is most likely to happen…

As my process unfolds, I’ll probably share more of the clarities I feel, because in this way I still feel called to serve love and see how what I’m discovering lands in the hearts and souls of others. I hope that even this writing which is more personal lands somewhere helpful inside of you. ❤

…I write to men. I call to men. I write to the Sacred Masculine that lives in men and women alike. I declare my desire and readiness along with acknowledging at the same time my reticence to serve men, and this reticent Masculine; in order to serve my highest timeline. Nothing needs to be overcome or suppressed in order to achieve in these new arising domains of being, but instead lovingly embraced as the seed of our ever-present infinite being out experiencing a full drama of leaving and then returning to the fullness we always were and are, but couldn’t quite come to know and feel, until we enter this Now.”

How Do Parts Of You Relate To ‘Process’?

Sometimes parts of you are more used to ‘the work’ more so than the reward. And at other times, parts of you may want to skip ahead to the reward without doing ‘the work’.

Energies right now and lately have been inviting us all to feel our relationship to personal process. Is the tendency to hold it with self-punishing energies and an intensity that often feels heavy, or is there a frequency of looking at the processes of others, wishing to only be where they are now without having to walk out your own steps?

I feel like one of the most challenging pieces here is self-embracement, which translates to a seeing and feeling of your parts on all levels. Sometimes Metasoul timeline bleedthroughs happen too, adding an existential element to all of this… and when you add that with some conditioning that love and deep inner healing and movements cannot happen without shame spirals and long-lasting phases of deep suffering and pain, then you have the perfect cocktail for parts of you to try and avoid process altogether.

The invitation to feel and heal is one that allows for all of this and more to come up, held by love. It’s an invitation into a more yin-feeling space of embracing instead of stifling and encouraging healing within instead of forcing it, much like a mother who is encouraging her child to start walking.

Learning to relate to your healing process differently is as important as the healing itself… it’s the choice of the sort of womb you’d like to bake in before your continual rebirth into someone new, even if these shifts feel subtle in the moment.

Much love to you as your journey unfolds with feeling all of this and so much more… and as you continue your own embracement of your process in these newly emerging ways from within. ❤
