This also applies to the masculine parts of many women and women may feel resonance with what he is offering because of this and also because of what they themselves have observed happening with the men they are in relationship with.

Jelelle’s live stream event was an energy update Q & A experience with much lively conversation and many great questions asked. She goes into detail about the May energies and what they have been offering us all for activating our 5D Selves and bringing us more into alignment with 5D consciousness. Awakenings Invite Integration, Not Avoidance Of Life

Awakenings are not meant to be a ride into a ‘Neverland’ experience where you are exempt from life in some form because you have crossed into newly expanded consciousness.

Awakenings are an invitation into an integration of soul and body, spirit and matter, that is often SO challenging because you cannot pass through a birth canal without some oomph.

You still have to put your pants on and walk out your door… find ways to move through your life’s challenges with grace (though not always with ‘ease’), take phenomenal risks that maybe nobody who came before you in your 3D-based bloodline has ever dreamed of, maybe trip here and there, yet still find ways to come back to that YOU inside of you that your parts have been waiting for to show up consistently.

Not one area of your life can be avoided when on this path as love doesn’t caretake the compartments parts of you have carefully made for the phases of life in which they needed to make them. Awakenings open the doorway for love to flood your life’s compartments and your parts need you to show up for the pain this can cause them. This is a real, visceral sense of the integration invitation from awakenings… and it’s all held in something much, much bigger that you’re now getting a taste of.

And then, when you’re truly ready from the inside-out (NOT outside-in through certifications or any official word from anyone or anything outside of you) you WILL be called upon to embody this service of love you’ve been offering to yourself and offer it to others. And this… this will be the deepest, grandest awakening of all… That you are living into your healing in order to support and connect with others in their own… because we are all inescapably LOVE — made of love, bathed in love, and given love in every single moment of every single breath on this sacred and beloved planet we call “Gaia” and every single one of us, along with every single PART of us, deserves to remember and embody THIS to the deepest degree that they possibly can in this and any other lifetime. ❤

Be Transparent Within, Share Your Authentic Heart With The World

I’m really getting into this transparent sharing piece, especially because being a “young” woman leading something new in spiritual and emotional healing has meant that parts of me have been afraid on some level to be transparent, in case it’s seen as “too weak” or “not healed enough” in order to draw those I want to serve. This applies across the board to healers of all ages though. Until you’ve done the work to feel and heal the insecurities from the inside out, they remain there inside parts of you and play out sometimes in propping yourself up or posturing.

I feel as if there is a strong invitation right now though, to “come as you are”, whether you are a self-identified/life-identified “healer” or if you are seeking help and healing yourself.

Come as you are… powerful Biblical words in one way, but also a sweet way to feel yourself, your parts, your Metasoul Aspects too.

To enter into your own inner world, stripped of defenses, takes practice. There is an Inner Protector energy that may not want the way your inner world has functioned to shift or change at all. It doesn’t want to give up the ghost on the way he/she has been holding and protecting your other parts. You can almost think of this part as your inner President/Prime Minister, lording over the inner landscapes and keeping everything in order or even disarray if that’s where your life circumstances tend to lean. To feel your Inner Protector is a powerful way to enter the gateway of your own heart and parts, as it is and as they are right now. What’s the state of your inner country, your inner king or queen-dom? You can close your eyes and powerfully feel/see this right now if you want to. It’s illuminating, no matter what.

The more you visit with this energy inside of you and show up to feel and hold it and your other parts, the more it will start to trust your growing authentic/5D Self. The Inner Protector wants to hand the reign of your inner King/Queen-dom over to you, but they need to trust that you will consistently show up first.

Inner transparency and disclosure is what leads to a healthy navigation of disclosing more of the preciousness of who you are to your outer world, that so NEEDS you, by the way… this ascending world and all of the beings within it need your heart and soul to be in its powerful nakedness. There is nothing more beautiful, especially when you’ve already done this and continually do this within you too. ❤

Imagining Your Way To New Earth Reality Through Suppressed Inner Child & Parts Work

Imagination is your most important tool for healing and Ascension.

 

You need to be able to imagine the New Now, the New Earth you want to co-create. You need to claim with your whole being what it is you want to REALize into REALity.

 

This is yet another ongoing message from incoming love wave Ascension energies that penetrate and activate so many gifts inside of you.

 

Imagination sometimes gets a bad rap from parts who feel disappointed by what it hasn’t brought them in the past. It could be that parts of you try to dampen your capacity to dream and imagine. This can come from your Inner Protector, your Inner Mother/Father, your Inner Punisher, maybe even your Inner Teenager. Feels to me like it’s your Inner Child who has the most capacity to dream of this New Earth/Golden Earth/5D reality. He/She has easy access to the possibilities, actually, and the feeling that it’s already here and happening!

 

So how do you work with the parts that are suppressing this precious part of you?

 

In my experience of it, this isn’t something you can do in a weekend workshop because of all of the parts protecting this energy inside of you and for good reason too. Navigating 3D and even 4D reality has meant that your natural-born whimsical nature has had to be suppressed just to stay grounded and find your way. The most powerful thing you can do is LOVE the parts of you that have held this protective energy and expressed it in so many ways. But even feeling these parts, getting to know and love them UP, is something that requires imagination.

 

Can you see it? Can you feel, touch, taste, smell the NEW reality your deepest heart wants to experience in your everyday reality?

Incoming LOVE Energies Reflect Where The Love Needs To Go Within You

All the love waves coming in from Ascension energies really want to show you is where you aren’t loving yourself or being kind to yourself and your parts… especially the ones in shadow.

All the body reactions, all the resistance to change, all the emotional up and down-swings… all of the thick soupy-ness of your non-resonant relationships… all of this is being shown to you by LOVE itself as a powerful mirror with an equally powerful challenge to start taking the steps to experience your life AS love, starting from within you!

Abuses from inside of you that are reflected outside of you are highlighted so you can feel your need for love and the love you aren’t actually moving inside of you or between you and others. This is a big thing too and can be subtle at first until you realize what’s going on and find the courage to see it, to feel it, and then to make some changes.

You can’t escape the love pouring into you from all sides through these energies, and especially during these times of immense SOULar activity and activations. With every wave comes bliss and joy potential and with every drop of love-water, out must come the not-love-oil stored within, not so blissy or joyful to feel, but always leading you to more love for you and your parts if the readiness is ripe enough to take the journey.

How To Draw Your Soul Mate & Masculine/Feminine Balance Guided Meditation (Videos)

Two videos today bringing in the subject of inner masculine/feminine relationships to reflect on ‘outside’ relationships too! ~

One question that comes up very often to me is “how do I draw my sacred union soul mate?” I talk in this video, after being in a sacred union for ten years now with Raphael, about how there is not an easy answer to this question yet rather the core of this goes back to experiencing a sacred union from within. Sacred union within is a balance, depolarization of the masculine and feminine aspects/parts of you so that you can draw/experience this on the outside with a mate.

The other question that is often asked is, “How can the relationship that I am in become more of a sacred union?” I offer in this video that the ground of sacred union is difficult to arise in long term unions as the fusion/merging with different parts often runs so deep and subconsciously. This is esp. challenging when one partner is awakening and the other is not. This often represents a part of you that you have suppressed or put in shadow.

Drawing a sacred union soul mate is also to let go of unions and relationships that are less than that. Letting go of isn’t what you want in order to let in what you do.

Also, to feel and heal the templating that you received (and parts of you took in deeply) about what a relationship IS from your parents, plus what it means to be a woman or be a man. This templating seems to hugely impact what you experience and draw as relationship experience.

In this audio recording of a live Unity Meditation call, SoulFullHeart co-creators, teachers, and facilitators Raphael and Jelelle Awen teach and share about what has happened since the 5/5 Gateway and how it provided the support to embody your 5D self.

They talk about their own personal processes of embodying more of their soul gifts and how the post 5/5 energies are providing everyone to feel and discover their own gifts. This is done at the ocean with a full moon shining which represents the masculine and feminine energies. SoulFullHeart Millennial Digest: We Are Not A 3D Generation

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher and Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, joins with SoulFullHeart Facilitant and ‘Social Media Maven’, Raianna Shai, to talk about the different ways in which ‘Millennials’ as a large swathe of younger human beings have engaged with 3D reality and rebelled against it too.

There are many opinions out there about Millennials and how many of them don’t seem able to truly live in reality or find ‘success’ – at least the same sense of ‘success’ that previous generations have had for themselves. ‘Millennials’ is a term that’s usually used negatively. This happens in reverse too, with young people then dissecting the lives of older generations in order to prove something.This creates more of the battle and rebellion energy that was a necessary phase for a while but can be moved on from and healed now. This is what looking at 3D, 4D and 5D reality and the Millennial relationship to this dimensions offers.

On a soul level, what we call ‘Millennials’ are really groups of Indigo and Crystal souls. There could be some Rainbow souls in this group too, but they seem to still be young at this time and not really considered part of the Millennial category. When you look at them as Indigos and Crystals, which is really just another handy label to use for a while, you can feel how there are many reasons why these young human beings haven’t been able to inhabit 3D life the ways that older generations have been. They haven’t come into this life pre-wired for it, as they are supposed to be the leaders of new consciousness.

Many Millennials are entrepreneurial and highly creative. Many of them are naturally multi-dimensional and have little to no barriers to their soul gifts if they are nurtured and seen by those supporting them. There has been an intense generation gap for Millennials and Baby Boomers to navigate together and this has created tension on both sides. There’s a lot to feel about how this is happening on the inside of each individual, from part to part, and Metasoul Aspect to Metasoul Aspect too.

Millennials (or Indigos and Crystals) were never meant to be in 3D the same way that other generations have been and needed to be. Even just being with this realization helps to move something in the collective and we can all start to really appreciate who we have been, who we are now, and who we are meant to become.

5/11 Energies: Portal To Forgiveness, Completion Of Old Timelines With Others

5/11 energies feel significant today… portals opening into self-forgiveness. Higher Self connections are possible between you and those you’ve known in the past. Old relationship debris gets to clear away as you feel the tears of remorse for what’s happened in these relationships and what didn’t happen too. It’s an opportunity to own the role you’ve played while feeling the Higher Selves of others own their own roles too… ripples of deep self-forgiveness are possible in this today as well as forgiveness of others.

This is a powerful way to complete old timelines and embrace the imminent, highest timeline that is possible for you. So much movement happens when forgiveness is genuine and not simply said but felt. True gratitude can bloom from this too, as you feel these portals open and close, and feel the lessons and growth you and parts of you gathered from each and every experience.

This is beautiful to feel in words but even better to experience when parts of you are ready to let go into this space. It is a true and deep gift to be able to feel how all relationships have been connected for a reason and how you are a part of the trajectory of so many others. This is true oneness and connectedness. This is what unites us in higher, more porous dimensions for the healing of the collective inside and outside of us. This is powerful and poignant healing and ascension, a true moving on and moving up.

Being in this space with your parts if you can feel them while leaning into the space holding of higher-dimensional aspects of you is the invitation today. Experiencing this for myself and the movements inside are touching, expansive, and above all, loving to the nth degree… ❤️
