I don’t think we will ever fully understand this unraveling mystery of us… our connection that somehow keeps opening out, even with moments of tension, fear, and remembering the poignancy of what we have together. We have walked out many crucibles individually and as a couple too, including years of moving through different forms and depths of connection in our relationship together.

I feel how far we’ve come… how far you’ve come as a leader, a King-man, a lover, and heartist, and how that keeps everything alive! You’re in a new phase of really wearing your crown and showing up as the WayShower through the shadowland that you ARE. I have never met anyone who loves their shadow more than you, beloved. You have been so courageous and willing to keep going in and not faltering in that quest. I deeply admire and love you. I feel my parts appreciating your light and your encouragement, overflowing from the ways in you love love and encourage your own parts to keep showing up and keep feeling. Your beacon is lighting up… your inner space is broadening to let in more of those you’re meant to serve through this being that you are and keep becoming more of every single day.

Lunar Eclipse Supports Feeling Shadow of Polarizations, Invites Unity

Last night while witnessing the moon’s eclipse and feeling it hanging very close to my field, I was struck by a feeling of emerging sisterhood in my life and process, yet also the potential for it worldwide.

Yet… the temptation for many seems to still be that the way to unify is in anger. The way to find our common ground is to get pissed. To rage. To march. To condemn the masculine… in men yet also in each other. This is masculine versus masculine in the end, leaving the world inside and outside of us without any room for the sacred masculine AND feminine to unite and make love.

Pointing fingers, protesting, arguing without care of where and how it lands in each other is a phase of our relationship to each other that wants to move into something new. It’s a deep shadow expression of our fear of actually loving ourselves and each other. It’s a fear that the cycles of pain will continue while we continue to become a cog in the wheel, contributing to this cycle with that same fear. Real intimacy brings up a lot more than anger and push-away. It brings up tears and vulnerability, it brings up what’s underneath the rage and presses the heart to open in order to keep giving and receiving nourishment.

This picture of relationship I’m describing is not idealized or impossible… I get to live this every day, I get to be challenged by the presence of others who want to keep this flow going within themselves and with me, I get to feel and meet the challenge of continuing to move through my resistance to love and to keep letting it in… knowing full well that doing so means walking into fires of personal funeral pyres as the old way of approaching life and others passes away, and also knowing that it means getting to experience the heaven of a deeper and easier love flow than I’ve ever experienced before.

Even last night… sharing intimacy with my mate Gabriel, feeling his admiration of myself, my body, my heart and soul, I felt my admiration for his and let his male gaze into every pore. I felt so many tears come up and out like a fountain, feeling the pain of my soul and heart in relating to the masculine in ways that weren’t nourishing on either side and feeling afraid of it. Feeling the pain of a collective of women and what they’ve experienced and also the pain of the men who have not ever been initiated into how to make real love with a woman and what it feels like to be truly met or felt on their side either.

The more energy that’s spent in blame-game shaming and pushing away at each other, the less opportunities we create for the deep healing and nourishing intimacy that’s possible, that wants to bloom and blossom starting between parts of you that are polarized to each other but who want love more than anything else in this world. Starting to see and feel these dynamics within is the best and most profound way to shift what you draw in your outer relationships and what you start to see is really possible with each of them. ❤️

Ascension Energies Amplify And Support Inner Masculine Healing

This inner quest continues. The quest of the masculine to get to know itself. I use the pronoun “it” to denote an energy rather than a gender. This quest is fueled by curiosity and desire. Not a need to overcome, master, or fix. It wants to feel its power, its strength, and courage. It also knows there is the shadow to look at in response to that.

Recently there has been a mainstream appeal to what is being labeled as “traditional” or “toxic” masculinity and its effect on society. This is receiving praise as much as it is receiving ire. There is a masculine voice within some men that defends against a notion it is responsible for the ills of the world. It feels attacked and judged for the actions of certain individuals.

I can feel where this is true coming from a particular perspective, from this part I should say. As we are becoming more aware of what has been happening in the darkest parts of our collective, there is a rumbling that is occurring. There is a network of voices that are coming out to join forces against a very institutional, subtle, and not so subtle, part of our society. The wounded masculine is getting a light shined on it and it is very uncomfortable.

The reactions can come as far as saying that there is a war on men and that boys are going to be turned into weak and feckless adults. When I hear that all I can feel is this masculine’s judgment toward the feminine. Yes, I can see where boys and men are not inhabiting their power and are in need of heart-open initiation that offers them power WITH the feminine and not OVER the feminine. No, we are not all bad guys, but we have unconscious habits and perspectives that do need authentic and curious exploration if we are going to evolve as a society.

This rush to defense, to me, signifies a soul wound that is in deep protection. I think there is a legitimate caution to not create a generalization that takes us in some polarized reaction. I am not “one of those guys”, but I do know as part of the collective male/masculine psyche I do have things to feel into and uncover within myself. That is the next level for all of us to consider when we talk about ascension and healing. It is not a blame game, but a deep and serious look at what is at play underneath our hoods. This is equally true for women.

My desire is to create a healthy dialogue and personal invitation to what this exploration may reveal about ourselves and our nature as men. It is to take us into a new relationship with our masculinity AND our feminity. This is what I feel we are being offered by Love in all Its energy fluxes and activations. This is the year of the arising sacred masculine within all of us.

Energy Update: Invitation To Connect With Divine Mother/Father Through Personal Sun Chakra

Today I feel a mix of energies coming in via our Personal Sun chakras, an Ascension chakra located about a foot above our heads. When I feel and see this chakra, I feel warmth as if I am laying in the sun’s rays at the beach or in a park. I see it swirl with bright white-golden hues and other colours too. Today, it feels very bright and present, offering us downloads and activations but a way to BE with them too.

The masculine energies from Divine Father are grounding and warming today… they are offering illumination through this chakra and also a feeling of being held and protected, while also offering the wisdom of non-action unless necessary, of taking the time to be with each arising moment. This isn’t something I’ve been very good at personally, yet the desire even in my own masculine aspect named Kaius, is to be in each arising moment fully immersed and fully present in heart.

The feminine energies from Divine Mother are spacious and compassionate today… they are offering space to feel the courage and the fear that comes up too when truly seeing all possibilities for ourselves and our relationships, when truly committing to our next steps as they appear before us. She offers, as always, space to be, to feel, to let in love and let go of what isn’t love, and to begin to know the difference as experienced and expressed by our own hearts. I feel my feminine aspect, Kathleen, letting this in today. Her heart is still raw from experiencing a renewed connection with Kaius and the new possibilities for them both in relationship to each other. She is usually very oriented to my outer relationships, especially romantic ones, and she is learning to pull back inward and look to Kaius for what she would normally want from an outer romantic partner.

On that note of sharing about my inner masculine and feminine aspects, I feel how these frequencies from Divine Mother and Father today are also illuminating next steps for the inner sacred union, the one that is most important in our lives, the one that needs the most attention, compassion, and love as well as undying curiosity to keep feeling what’s happening within it. This is what shifts all outer relationships, which can feel scary but exciting, both. The possibilities for new alchemy too is strong once you feel how these two aspects are relating (or not relating) to one another.

Connecting with your own Personal Sun chakra today feels like the invitation… to feel what wants to download to you, what next steps you may need illuminated for your own inner healing process, and to just plain feel how loved you ARE, right here, right now. ❤️

The Quest Of The Sacred Masculine: Healing The Inner Teenager

On my current quest of Soul, I found myself on the other side of a ravine having just crossed a bridge that was inspired by one of Jelelle Awen’’s meditations a couple of days ago. Alongside me is my Protector/Gatekeeper named Rogan. He is feeling like the Lewis to my Clark for all you American history buffs. Or the Marco to my Polo. However you want to relate to it. We are a team, and he is there to help me access the areas in my emotional and spiritual body that is in need to be felt or related to for any reason.

This morning I had a hit in my heart from an old part of me that I have worked with in the past that goes by my birth name Chris. He was the part of me that related to life before awakening. More of a 3D interface at times, but now feels to hold a more 4D inner teenager energy. I felt just to go with the intuition and check in with him.

There were some remaining tears about the way he lived life and wish that it could have been different. Not really regret or shame, but just a sweet remorse. Leftover remnants that needed to be felt apparently as I continue this journey. I then felt his longing and ache for a father energy that was different than what he was raised with. This felt really tender and very poignant as a man delving deeper into soul and heart.

What I got from this experience is that as we heal in order to ascend (it does not happen with some effort), there are layers in the emotional body that need our attention. As a man, one of the more sacred layers is that of our inner teenager and his relationship to his father. This feels true for women as well. The wounded teenager holds so much of our relationship to all sorts of life be it sacred or mundane. It wanted and needed so much for sacred initiation by a masculine that had his own healing and quest of soul as a priority. Unfortunately, many of us did not get that. What we can feel is that we got the best they could give us even if it wasn’t much or quite a bit.

I felt the Divine Father come into our space together offering Chris his heart and an invitation to be held and supported by Him. We would co-lead an initiation together and heal the remaining reactions to a life that is increasingly in the rearview. Tears flowed at the possibilities to heal and experience what he had always wanted. This is the hallmark of transmutative healing from the inside out.

So now Chris is on this epic quest with me as I continue to retrace my steps back to Self, Soul, and Service. He remains an integral part of my inner world, as do all inner teenagers. As a man, this will open out into a deeper connection with inner masculine guides that will all be a part of the awakening and arising sacred masculine within us all.

The Year Of Inviting And Loving The Dark: Healing The Masculine Heart

It feels like a new year already. Somehow we made it through a rebirth canal. Some deep pieces were highlighted for each of us to feel and move through. As the UP ticking of energies continues what feels like a maniacal trajectory, you may be starting to feel the epicness of the year to come. The collective shadow is being drawn toward the increasing light that is being fostered within each of us as well as Gaia’s vibrational ascent.

In a recent session, a truly beautiful soul was feeling as if he was a Dark One. This label so feels like the Scarlet Letter of our inner shadow. There is a heavy judgment, a shame, and a pang of guilt that come with that. The reality, the way I see it and feel it, is really about the most forgotten and hidden aspects of ourselves that are seeking solace, compassion, and understanding underneath the heaviness and/or anger. They are timelines that have profound anchoring in our heart and soul.

This Dark One felt as if it had the burden and responsibility to hold the light due to this guilt and penance for all that it had done in its lifetime. This holding and shining the light in the name of fight or penance don’t actually serve Love. They only serve to sustain the fight and the penance. We were feeling how self-forgiveness and self-love are what hold the mantle of the Light in its purest form.

As a man serving other men, I am sensing this to be a big part of our ascension. We hold so much guilt and shame around what has happened and is happening in other timelines, to put it multidimensionally, that we have formed a layer of either penance, control, or both in order to steer clear of the Dark One inside. Neither of which offers an authentic and deeper feeling of true power WITH the feminine. It can be over and under, or a mix of the two.  

So for my own process and intention for this new year, I feel to honor and invite the Dark One into the openness of my heart. It is He that holds the humility, the sobriety, and the poignancy of the Light. It is the Sacred King in us all that seeks not to slay his dragons, but to love them. He asks for the help of his inner guides, as well as the outstretched arms of those that are here to hold that space for him when the time is right. Let us do this together and not alone. That is our next level as New Earth Men.

The sun….He keeps expanding himself to share the high vibrational plasma frequencies that are shifting hearts/bodies/minds/souls that are so needed right now. Another wave of SOULar winds blow in tomorrow, October 24th, (according to spaceweather.com) from our sun, codes downloaded and streaming in from the Great Cosmic Sun.

These sacred masculine SOULar energies are meant to ACTivate your ascension chakras especially…your Personal Sun or Stellar Gateway; Soul Star; Causal….there are others but these are the ones that have been emphasized to me right now. These SOULar energies are provided to bring clarities connected to soul purpose that allows for right heart/soul aligned actions and choices.

These SOULar energies support your masculine aspects to move from fear-based patriarchal conditioning into vulnerability connected to action, truth telling, and healthy boundary setting. Your masculine, such as your Inner Protector and your Gatekeeper, are waiting to receive this Next Level sense of masculine that goes beyond the previous archetypes and roles.

The moon….She keeps illuminating herself to share the high vibrational lunar frequencies that are also shifting hearts/bodies/minds/souls right now. A full moon tomorrow October 24th provides a grounding for the geomagnetics offered by the sun.

These Divine Feminine energies are meant to invite you to INtegrate the codes/upgrades/downloads that come in from the sun. These Divine Feminine energies bring these energies into your heart space and wrap them in compassion, forgiveness, and embodied self love. All those codes can just hang out in your soul field otherwise, being resisted by your Inner Protector.

These Lunar energies support your masculine aspects to move from resistance and over protection and into more trust in YOU as an arising 5D sacred human. They provide a template for your feminine aspects to hold space for the process with much patience and surrender to the Divine.

There is an opportunity here to ease some of the body symptoms that have been causing pains and tensions as the masculine leans more into the space held by the leaning in feminine. The release of tension can come through tears, being open to feeling the deeper feelings of sadness as you let go of guilt and shame.

Sun and moon…masculine and feminine….a blending of sacred union energies from the cosmos that mirrors YOUR inner sacred union within. Embrace both to complete the cycles of polarization between the two energies. Allow the flow of both from within, from one aspect of you to another (from this lifetime and other timelines too)…come into balance. It is natural here….

A MANdate For New Earth Now

Last night my friend, heart shaman, and MANtor (mentor as a man) Raphael Awen and I enjoyed a night out together for the first time in a while. It was a time we intended to connect with each other in a deeper way beyond the ‘doings’ of our busy lives as we all engage in our next journeys separate, yet together in heart.

It is easy for parts of all of us to normalize relationship to some degree and not take a moment to just be in the goodness of what is, what was, and what we intend to be more of. This also feels to be a challenge for men especially. Taking sacred time with each other in honor and gratitude, or even much-needed truth-telling, wherever that truth is coming from or needs to lead.

Raphael and I took in the goodness of our surroundings, our own usness outside our personal romances with our beloved mates, and our history together as friends and co-conspirators of this starship we call SoulFullHeart. It was a tender moment to feel all that we have been through together in our history and especially here in Mexico. We could feel how unique our bond is as men and to feel how we have had the shades drawn a bit on our own desire for other men to be a part of a larger roundtable of heart and soul kings.

So we took the intentional space to let go of what was, honor it deeply, and open our hearts to more. More real, more galactic, more men, and more More, whatever that turns out to be. It was another layer of deep healing between two men that seek to offer it to other men in search of the same. It felt personal, global, and galactic. All that was missing was the cigarette. (Yup…I said that.)

Raphael and I both open our heart and soul journeys to men and women alike who feel resonate (and even those who may not fully) to explore their own inner world, this one and beyond. To take steps to heal and inhabit the practical, emotional, and spiritual steps to enter into a new relationship with self, other, and the universe at large. Energy Update: HIGH SOULar Winds Bring In Sacred Masculine Activations

A steady and strong stream of high speed SOULar winds have been blowing in for the last two days (August 20th and 21st). SOULar wind speeds reached the high 600’s km/sec yesterday (where typical speeds are more like 200 km/sec). These winds are forming into minor to active geomagnetic storms in the mid to high altitudes. Beautiful Aurora codes are lighting up the arctic skies in the early morning and can be connected to in the astrals too.

You may feel these SOULar winds as a higher intensity of energy moving through your body and your chakras and inside of your BEing. There is such a range of reaction to them, unique to each person. For some souls, these energies bring a sense of being ‘high’ and giddy, feelings of euphoria, bliss, and a renewed mental clarity and sense of purpose. Yet, some people may feel depression, fatigue, and sense of hopelessness….restlessness for parts of them over their current life trajectory, especially if there are still parts of them who are anchored to 3D traumas. These higher frequencies can also cause difficulty sleeping, headaches and light headedness.

Gaia’s atmosphere is the primary receiver of this stream of SOULar energies flowing out from a very wide coronal hole in the sun’s surface.  Gaia could be inside this stream of SOULar winds for days, even through the rest of this week, according to spaceweather.com. This stream brings in a high level of plasma with it….a mix of positively and negatively charged particles at extremely high temperatures, becoming more gas-like as these energies leave the sun and come closer to Gaia. Gaia’s magnetic field protects us from the severe damage that these particles could do and acts like a shield, repelling the plasma and redirecting it into the atmosphere again.

I was guided to study a little bit more (which I honestly hardly ever do, preferring to lead with my intuition) about the dynamics that are happening during high SOULar winds and how they can impact our telecommunications systems and our internal systems too. I have the sense when reading about mainstream science’s take on them of much undigested fear about the ‘destructive’ elements of the sun’s energy. Gaia’s magnetic field feels so fragile in this mainstream picture….repelling these powerful SOULar forces with only Her flimsy shield protecting us from all the possibilities of mass destruction and damage that could burst through at any moment.

There is some way in which this seems to represent the overall fear that comes up in response to the power of the sacred masculine. The sense I have been offered about these SOULar energies is that they are actually much needed by us right now. There is much awe and reverence to feel in the powerful force that these energies are….they serve as a reminder of the powerful force that lies latent inside of each of US too. The masculine CAN do damage and be destructive and violent too….yet overly fixating on that expression creates a repeated, self sabotaging cycle of its play out. Forgiveness of this abuse of power capacity in the masculine and genuine remorse from the masculine is possible as we connect with the masculine parts of ourselves that SO need our love.

These SOULar frequencies activate our sacred masculine, allowing for the collective healing and transformation of the wounded masculine that is MUCH needed during this phase of awakening. The wounded masculine is NOT just in men, yet in each of us, as embodied in our masculine parts in this timeline and from other timelines where we chose male bodies. This is truly a collective invitation to move into healthy masculine expression that each of us can personally take into our hearts, souls, chakras, and even physical bodies.

You have your own versions of magnetic shield, held by your Inner Protector, that can repel the energies when they are too strong and could do damage. Your Inner Protector so bravely and loyally holds these ‘shields’ in the face of 3D onslaughts of fear polarization, separation wounding, and disconnect/unworthiness playouts too. Ground these SOULar frequencies into the heart of your masculine. Allow your masculine to have a voice and energy in your life. An integrating sacred masculine brings direction, heart-based action, clarity, and healthy boundary setting. The repression/suppression/diversion of your inner masculine energy is what can create lostness, confusion, inability to focus, lack of clarity about soul purpose, poor boundary setting, and projection of masculine needs ‘outside’ of the self.

Embrace these sacred masculine energies as they blow in. Surrender to where He wants to take you. Ride the wave and notice how momentum can move through your life. Allow dynamic things to HAPPEN and the next level to MANifest in your world. Trust that love is holding it ALL and wants to bring it back into balance again….

Nothing needs to be overcome or suppressed in order to achieve in these new arising domains of being, but instead lovingly embraced as the seed of our ever-present infinite being out experiencing a full drama of leaving and then returning to the fullness we always were and are, but couldn’t quite come to know and feel, until we enter this Now.”
