5/5 Gateway Offers Soul Bigness And Journey Reflections, Movements, Growth

Before we enter these mega gateways, like 5/5, it’s like stopping at airport security. You have to go through a process of checking the stuff you’ve got with you and on you (in this case inside you too) and deciding what can come and what can’t. What is it that you want to bring with you into this next birth canal as you enter its gateway? Do you feel ready to bring your parts with you, even the ones that have been in shadow so that they can be illuminated, felt, and eventually integrated with love? Do you feel ready to look at your relationships and really see if they’re coming with you or not? Is your job or career coming with you or is there something else to feel about that? Do you feel ready to embrace abundance in all forms and let go of previous ideas of what that even is? What resistance do you have to this gateway and what it wants to offer you? ALL of these questions lead to feeling parts of you, or can if you’re ready. And from there the healing potential is exponential.

A gateway is another opportunity to let go of the ‘hell’ you’ve known in different areas of life for the sake of the ‘heaven’ you don’t know yet. It’s another graduation point for your healing and Ascension journey if you’re ready for that. It’s a big mirror too. Reflections of who you’ve been and who you’ve become too are coming your way! It’s not only a time for sobriety and looking at what has been but also celebrating what IS. What opportunities do you have in front of you for some big healing this time around? Can you look at yourself and your parts and feel gratitude for how far you’ve come? If you can’t feel some self-recognition at this point, it’s fair to say that there’s a part there blocking the doorway. A part that needs you to see it before it can allow you to see yourself. This part is often the one that wants so much to protect you that sometimes it also protects you from really letting in your goodness. The Inner Protector and the Inner Punisher are the parts often at play here. Intense stuff, yes! Yet… the process of being with these parts is the process you’re invited to engage with and if you don’t choose to do so now, you can ask your Inner Protector specifically about this.

Any fear of doing something “wrong” also seems to become backlit with 5/5. It’s an opportunity to start loving yourself from the inside out and being with the parts that feel this way. There is no “wrong” way to ascend or heal, yet there ARE ways that better support your soul bigness and where your consciousness wants to expand to.

5/5 is a time for reflection and movement. The number 5 has no closings, only openings… interesting, no? I feel the number 5 is known to herald big changes because it can’t hold anything inside of it. It’s a time to truly let go and go inward in order to flow all of that love right back out of you again. Yes, love the feeling of this! It’s a time for changes, big or small… and with every change, we’re invited to feel the impact of that change on ourselves, our parts and our worlds too. We’re invited to feel and see the steps into MORE… more love, more heaven-on-earth feeling, more service-of-love/5D Self moving into the body. Hmmm… maybe instead of moving INTO the body as if it’s something truly outside of us, it’s about helping that inner 5D Self-seed grow and evolve from the inside, out.

LOVE to you on this journey you’re very sacredly walking and feeling out during this and every gateway!

Aligned And Alive On 5/5

This last week for me feels as if it has been leading up to this coming 5/5 gateway. It started with opening up the intention to feel more into my power, leadership, and truth. The full moon seemed to infuse me with the energy of action and stepping up, stepping out, and stepping into. This gateway feels to offer us an invitation into the next level of our continuing trajectory of our service of love, leadership, and ambassadorship.

That service first starts within from self to self. It is about feeling all the ways in which you relate to yourself, others, and life itself. It is about feeling where you may not feel aligned and alive in all areas of your life. You are perfect just as you ARE, but there are also passions and alignments that are wanting to manifest. This gateway is giving us the reflection of what our 5D/Highest Self truly wants for us.

It wants us to feel this abundant self-love where an inner union is alive and felt deeply when you look in the mirror. It wants us to be authentic and courageous in our truth and action. It wants us to be treated with reverence and respect by others. It wants us to experience intensely magical and sacred sexuality. It wants us to be in a romantic union and intimate community. It wants us to create and commune with higher dimensional beings. It wants us to serve love in whatever way that is aligned with our deepest gifts. There are no limits to what is possible and desirable.

For many, there is a feeling we are not ‘there’ yet, wherever ‘there’ is. There may be a lot that is keeping you from truly embodying that picture. When you begin to get real with your emotional truth, you begin to see where the aliveness has been numbed and/or the alignment displaced. It is visceral and recognizable. The 5/5 gateway is like a big road sign that says “EXIT HERE! ENTER NOW!!”.  To me, that means to get off the old road of what was limiting and veer off into the New where you DO get to have what you want through the inner work.

But there are influences to feel that may keep that state from being a continuous stream of consciousness candy. The fears and other lower vibrational emotional states, held by parts, are there to be heard, felt, and held. They need help to feel that there is something bigger, not just outside but on the inside. These parts are awaiting a bigger version to come and help them digest and collapse.

As this occurs through your inner relationships with your Protector, Punisher, Teenager, Mother, Father, Child, Gatekeeper etc. you then can feel that larger soul aspects that hold more of a soul aspect that is a part of your Metasoul. Through the continued healing of these parts and timelines, you collect their gifts and passions. They integrate into you more and you become so much more than you have ever felt possible. I am taking this idea with me as I am ready to begin a more outed journey in my leadership through videos and live stream opportunities. I can feel the parts of me that have been a bit buzzed on old fear patterns and it is time to step UP and OUT. I will be covering many topics that are related to ascension and its practical implications, especially in regards to men and the masculine. Women are highly desired to participate!

We are all on a path to alignment, aliveness, and wholeness. Through the SoulFullHeart process, I provide a ‘how’ on the path. Not The Way, but A way. On The Precipice Of Change Is Where Love Finds You

What do you long for?
What is seeking redemption, truth, forgiveness, and love?
What is it that you truly want to feel coursing through your veins when you wake up in the morning?
Who are you really and what the hell are you doing here?
 
These are the penetrative questions that rumble the status quo of our current emotional and spiritual consciousness. I am being asked those questions of myself as I feel and heal old patterns within me that have taken me to the next leg of my inner quest and leadership.
 
When you feel like you begin to cycle on something, you have hit a ceiling. Actually, it is more like a membrane. It is not solid in reality. It only appears that way to a part of you that holds resistance to what lies on the other side. This ‘ceiling’ is actually the floor to the next level, the next chapter, of your ever-evolving growth and remembrance.
 
What you come to at that moment is a precipice. In front of you is a void that has no apparent stone to step on because a part of you afraid of what happens if there is nothing there to catch you. This has been a repeated part of my journey that is seeking an end. One where vulnerability, risk, and the fear of what occurs on the other side get to create the very steps that have appeared lacking yet there all along.
 
This suffering ceiling is what brought me to SoulFullHeart. It is what inspired me to say no more to what clearly was not working in my life at that time. It is what is inviting me to go to my next places, next steps that send me to higher heights, along with the fears of falling. There is a moment when you have to decide when the cycles end and the real loving begins. I ask again:
 
What do you long for?
What is seeking redemption, truth, forgiveness, and love?
What is it that you truly want to feel coursing in your veins when you wake up in the morning?
Who are you really and what the hell are you doing here?
 
The answers to those questions only come from going into your heart with curiosity, a mirror, and a guide. Wherever you find it, chose it and claim it one choice at a time. Your soul is ready as your heart may waver. That wavering is a universe of parts that have a lot to say and be held in. Feel them and you create a whole new world from the inside out. I offer my heart in service to that exploration of all that you are meant to be.

Sometimes Love Don’t Feel Like It ‘Should’: The Rumble Of Awakening

As you enter the vast universe of our deepest truths and bring those to the forefront of your daily and “at the moment” consciousness, the life that was created in service to that hidden reality has no choice but to rumble. As I remember the beginnings of my own awakening journey and those that I have served and am currently serving, this is a very cataclysmic part of the process to the part of us that have kept things tidy and manageable, even as it suffered over it.

As you become aware of the emotional intricacies of the current web of relationship, you can begin to feel the network of cords that were created as a result of this part’s need to conform, follow duty, and be loyal. It was what this part thought was needed to do in order to love or be loved. To protect and be protected. But when you start to awaken to the reality that many of your current connections may be based on something less than authentic to your growing understanding of what you are meant to be and experience, this web cannot be unaffected by coming to terms with your new emotional and spiritual reality.

Pulling out of this old matrix of 3D relationship can be a tough one as it tugs on our inner guilt and shame. It can be hard for the part of us that feels a responsibility in the emotional responses of others. It doesn’t feel very loving to hurt others. It can feel like you are being selfish and uncaring. Think of a spider web and you are at one of the crossings. If you pull on that it affects all those around that are connected in that web. You make waves and rumbles when you begin to realize this arrangement is no longer in service of your highest self.

This leaves others wondering what the hell is going on. “Why are you doing this?” It does change their lives as they have their own agreements with you, and you are changing the game and the rules. Others will get hurt if they cannot feel where you are coming from and are not ready to go to the new places you are. There is only so much explaining you can do. Sometimes love for all involved is about feeling the pain that lies underneath it all and letting the chips fall where they may with as much compassion and care as possible. You cannot cure other people’s sorrows for they are a part of their own journey of awakening.

In SoulFullHeart we feel the parts and soul aspects of you that can feel the guilt, shame, and fear of changing the course of lives. This was all made possible by the higher selves of those involved. You can only own your own responsibility within the web and understand that there is no harm done when it is all coming from real love, the love that is aching for parts of you to be seen and felt, honored and cherished. The experience that others have are for their own learning and growth needs. That is can be difficult when there is an emotional and spiritual bind between hearts and souls.

This is the hard part of awakening and ascension for those that are still in the midsts of realizing the reality of what is before them. By feeling the parts of you INside you can create one courageous choice at a time that is meant to serve the highest good for all involved with compassion, remorse, and real love. The kind that we all have been avoiding as it leads us to worlds we have been so conditioned to fear…the largess of our infinite soul.

Full Moon In Scorpio Ignites Passions, Serves Purgings

WOOOSH…. felt the full moon energies all day yesterday, with an up and down experience inside of myself which was incredibly UP in passion and passion-purpose desires and then also offered purgings of emotional tensions and fears coming UP with them! This is the whole package deal of Ascension. You’re invited to a huge party with lots of lights, excitement and even pure bliss, yet with the waters of love coming in with every invitation, the oil of fears and despair held by parts and Metasoul Aspects has to come out to make room for more.

It doesn’t feel possible to me to ignite your soul purpose work without being willing to feel what it is inside of you that DOESN’T want to serve love. Even if you choose to not feel into this question now, eventually it catches up to you and often in a reticence that develops over time and somehow collapses or sabotages your service-of-love practice, whatever that is for you.

I feel that the full moon always offers you a chance to feel your passions anew. Especially if you’re meant to serve love in this timeline. The full moon in Scorpio is asking you to keep it real. It’s asking you to be real about your passion and to feel the polarity inside that isn’t interested in passion too or really doesn’t buy that you can “make it”. Scorpio as an energy can support you to feel this extreme and not run away from it. Make the investigation of this a part of your passion-purpose, not a detriment to it! I feel and see so many souls trying to dismiss these parts that just don’t want it. Yet they are the most valuable players in the game of serving love, because they are the parts of you that need to be filled up with love and appreciation again. They are also the parts that offer grounding and realness inside you. And with all of this disclosure happening on the outside right now, yes, you need realness and integrity inside of you too. Nay-saying parts can offer that to you if you can let them into your heart. On a soul level, you could be feeling legitimate anxiety over persecution timelines your soul has lived out and is still living out since time is not linear. There are also timelines of being a false King/Queen, leading without integrity and heart. These are all themes that seem to emerge as you feel more and more into your special personal brand of service of love and what that means for YOU during this often intense time of Ascension.

On the other side of feeling all of this always comes more joy, bliss and love than you have experienced before… AND much MORE energy, motivation and passion for the service of love you’re meant to lead, inhabit and offer!

Going Yin: How Women Can Help Men Awaken To Their Feminine

Great question today during Jelelle Awen‘s Livestream this morning from a woman asking, “How can we (women) help men get in touch with the feminine energy more?”

Whenever Raphael and I have written about the topic of men and ascension/awakening there has been a huge response from women around this very subject. There is a deep desire for men to go into their shadow for healing and to encounter and embrace their inner feminine. Now, I do feel there are many men that are actively engaged in this very thing. However, what seems clear is that it is not quite at the numbers and passion of the numerous women that are feeling so much rumbling in their inner worlds. These women are reporting from an individual and collective perspective.

To address the question “How?” really comes back to what each woman feels within herself. When a woman goes into her own heart and soul and connects with her own inner masculine she goes on a journey of finding her deeper feminine. This eventually creates a dance between the two within and offers an inner romance that can be quite profound and exquisite in its own right.

The feminine within a woman can only invite the men in her life to feel what it is she needs and wants, without tug or plea. The choice to Go Yin (as I have called it) lies in his own personal and sovereign desire. When Jelelle and I were divorced yet still connected in heart and soul, as well as raising Raianna, I sensed a great change in her being. I found myself intrigued and curious. I would ask all sorts of questions but eventually, she drew a boundary around that, for it was up to me to go into the work and no longer pull at her for answers for they were within me. We had little communication outside parenting until I chose to do the work.

This landed me back in me, while she advocated and continued to do her own healing and growth. That is the help. That is what you can ‘do’. Go into You. Heal your inner energies (that we offer through parts work) that bring you to the place of being a shining beacon for others to be gravitated to, yet hold a self-living boundary as to how much you give. Continue to invite but not problem solve or care-take.

Raphael and I will be continuing to explore and invite other men into the healing ground that we both hold so dear and believe can offer so much in personal power, self-love, and sacred brotherhood and romance. The courage that so many women are garnering within to shift their personal timelines is an inspiration and deeply needed by men everywhere even as parts of them may react with fear and/or indifference. Thank you for your service of love by embarking on your next steps. They do make a difference.

Change Your Life By Finding Your Courage

Bravery. It’s a good topic to get into, isn’t it? We’re living in times where we SO need our bravery, both the masculine and feminine versions of it. We all have these energies inside of us. We’re all capable of so much beyond our wildest dreams and somehow you know this and can feel it… but not always. Being born into 3D conditioning is like having a lead balloon over your bigness. That is, until it’s not what’s true anymore and you’re remembering how to soar again!

Yesterday I posted just a couple of lines on my Facebook page that said, “If you don’t feel challenged to find your bravery, you’re living a life that supports your stuckness, not your growth…” and got a really big response! It feels like these are words that so many parts and Metasoul Aspects are NEEDING to hear and feel. It’s an invitation that’s meant to bowl you over with love. You’re always invited into your bigness through finding your courage. You find your true courage by finding your heart. If there’s no heart in your choices, if you aren’t truly feeling them, parts of you are keeping you numb out of fear and wanting to just exit the whole situation or relationship without feeling the loss or mourning. This is more bravado than bravery and comes from the Inner Protector wanting to just get OUT already… there’s nothing “wrong” with this though, especially because leaving abusive relationships can really require you to feel as unsentimental as possible on your way out the door. This is about survival in some cases and bless your Inner Protector for doing their job!

What I just mentioned about the Inner Protector brings us to the point I was making about masculine and feminine expressions of bravery. Since the Inner Protector for both men and women tends to be very, very masculine in energy, a very protected and armored version of bravery is expressed through this part. This is more wounded masculine than healed masculine of course, yet there’s no judgment about that because this is just how this part of you has HAD to be. Masculine bravery also expresses through the inner matriarch/patriarch (Inner Mother/Father). Matriarchy, the way it’s been expressed so far, has been intensely masculine in many ways. Any picture of a warrior woman is a masculine one, for example. Feminine power and bravery are different in my experience than anything that requires contention and battles on any level. The more healed version of masculine bravery lives in the heart. It helps you set intentions and not waiver from the course of action chosen, though your heart is still open to feeling your way through it (which is more feminine). It also helps you set boundaries when necessary and quite often it IS necessary in order to exit one door in your life and enter another.

Feminine bravery expresses through the heart. It’s a deep-seated courage to keep feeling all there is to feel. Courage to be WITH the mourning of leaving relationships, career, etc. Courage to be WITH the entering and letting in of new ones, too. Interesting that I’m using the word “courage” instead of “bravery” when talking about the feminine expression! I think this is because cour-age is of the heart, with “coeur” being the French word for “heart” and the feminine lives and thrives in the heart space. It takes a ton of bravery to stay in your heart, even when the world seems to support parts of you not to stay there and when it’s understandably tempting to follow along with that…

It takes a lot of YOU in your growing and strengthening essence to keep fnding your next steps in your life though every single awakening experience and every integration of these experiences too. You’re not meant to stay the same, and your life isn’t meant to either. You have a choice to be with the parts of you that are afraid and take brave steps anyways, trusting in your heart and soul that you WILL be and ARE held by something bigger within you and that life is on your side, not against you. This is a big one to feel and let in. And it takes a lot of bravery to even begin doing so. ❤

Practical Ascension: 7 Key Areas Of Life – Financial Area Personal Process

In this second video on the financial area of life, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, offer their unique perspective that is based on their own personal processes in this area. This area is one that parts tend to have the most reaction to and therefore it is an excellent area in which you can explore who you are now, have been so far in your life, and who you’d like to be as your process deepens.

The financial area challenges you, like all other areas of life, to feel what you are truly worth and what it is your most deeply want. As Kalayna and Gabriel share in this video, the process in this area is one with many steps and layers as you wade through, feel, and negotiate ongoingly with parts of you that are invested in it in one way or another.

In her personal sharing, Kalayna talks about layers of entitlement that parts of her have had around money-earning or being able to somehow automatically live a life dedicated to her vocation as a healer and have that be the main source of income. Her process has been one of digging deep within to feel and be with the parts who have held this energy of wanting to skip the step of finding financial stability that could provide her with the means to truly invest a growth process that she very much needed. She offers that parts have deep conditioning around what it means to have to work a “3D job” even while you are having profound awakening experiences.

Gabriel shares about his personal process with moving out of a 13+ year career as a tenured elementary school teacher and the dwindling nest egg of savings that part of him had great attachment to and anxiety around. He offers some key pieces to feel around the idea of letting go of 3D-based money-earning and savings from a 3D-based job or career in order to let in the new possibility of earning money with the intention of deepening your awakening experiences and helping them integrate into your life, not dampen them or try to shut them out.

Both Kalayna and Gabriel are part of the emoto-spiritual conscious community of SoulFullHeart, earning income as online ESL teachers online while also earning donation money through their work as SoulFullHeart Facilitators. This money that they earned is shared among the core Facilitators and Teachers and somehow they have found their way in this picture for almost five years now!

Shifting From 3D Money Earning To 5D Abundance

The financial area of life is one in particular that likely holds much charge and reactivity from parts of you, especially parts that make up the 3D Self, and understandably so given the amount of conditioning there is around it and the amount of suffering too. Parts can truly become attached to the suffering as a sort of handrail. It’s that idea of comfortable discomfort again, which as you continue awakening, becomes only more and more obvious to you!

To enter a more spacious ground around money, it’s a good reminder that truly satiating abundance does not live in numbers… it lives in deep heart and soul nourishment, soul and heart “food” of exchanges with others who you are in deep resonance with on all levels. There is a depth to real abundance that does not show up in the ways that your 3D Self parts have been conditioned to believe that it will. It can only be experienced in your life through your willingness to say “no” to everything that doesn’t feel like it comes from true self-love and worth and all that you are now outgrowing too.

Awakenings are challenging enough… and then there is the money world that you are supposed to somehow navigate as well! There can be SO much energy of money being “against” spirituality, especially coming from the 4D Self and what it could be that your own soul has witnessed or been a part of related to money in other lifetimes/timelines.  Yet, it can be a grounded support of your spirituality and expanding consciousness in this current world where we still need it and an opportunity to help sustain and even boost our spiritual growth trajectory. Money earning sets an intention. It can fuel your deeper awakenings, not dampen them, by being invested in processes, inner work that feels like lifeblood to you, and invested too in helping you make MORE space for yourself and your needs, not less. It is there to be invested with energy and love INTO love.

The old 3D picture of money-earning is one of a cycle of earning money only to spend it and often to maintain a lifestyle that only goes so deep for you… the latest smartphone tech cannot feel you. Dinner at a fancy restaurant with friends or your spouse cannot satisfy you if these connections are not based in having your deepest heart and soul social needs met. Money cannot ever buy parts of you the love that they want MORE of… the heart and soul “food” nourishment that can only come from resonant soul family connections and a deepening connection with yourself, your parts, your galactic and Metasoul aspects, too. Though, when invested in YOU and in your growth path, it CAN and WILL help you draw the resources you need to keep moving inward and UPward, and the most satisfying experiences of love you can imagine and beyond, to boot!

Whatever the current money picture is that you are living out… at the end of the day, this whole process is all about self-love and worth and inhabiting your truest sense of power in the world, and any process that provides you with THAT ground, is one that will truly lead you to where you most want to BE, who you most want to BEcome, and the resonant hearts and souls you most want to BE with! This is 5D abundance in a tangible form. And this is what makes it all worth it. ❤

Recreating HIStory: Day 3- Atlas Loved

In my journeys inward I have connected with several different archetypes. Kings, knights, soldiers, warriors, artists, magicians, and many others that we all know about. These archetypes can be related to on a personal level as a part or an aspect of us that holds the specific emotional tone. In my last blog post, I connected with multiple warrior/soldier timelines, taking them from the battlefield and redirecting them to the lovefield of New Camelot.

There has been one archetype that has stood out quite a bit in my life and that has been Atlas. His story is one of rebellion against Zeus, and his consequence of holding up the heavens. It is the image of Atlas that holds the frequency of what feels so embedded in the male collective. It is also representative of the masculine in women as well. There is the energy of burden, consequence, responsibility, shame, guilt, control, and lack thereof. He seems to reflect the underbelly of what our inner protectors really feel when they get a chance to actually be felt.

As men, our inner Atlas has taken on numerous duties and obligations in the name of providing, repentance, and distraction. He bears the weight of our light and our shadow. He is a Titan that has been quarantined and sequestered as a result of his transgressions. These can show up in 3D life experiences and those in the metasoul. A deep sense of wrongdoing from a great inner punisher. He is destined to serve out his eternity in debt.

This service of debt is a karmic burden that weighs down the soul of man in his greatest expression in the service of love. Love for himself, for others, and the divinity within. He is in conflict with himself as he IS the stars and the cosmos. Atlas has been in this semi-frozen state for a very long time. He longs to be felt and released into our huMan heart. He embodies strength, courage, passion, and resilience without suffering in its purest form.

See him inside you. Imagine where he lies in your heart. Maybe hidden away in a far-off land or maybe front, center, and undeniable. Look into his eyes and let him into your heart. What does he say to you? What does he not say to you? Maybe he just needs you to be present in his Jesus Christ Pose. Your willingness to be there and feel is what helps him to let go. To give you his fears and his reasons. There is something so powerfully beautiful about this ‘broken’ man.

Feel him as separate from you, yet a part of you just the same. He can put down the World he has created in the name of Love. The World that was never his to begin with but was assumed over time. Be with the tears, the pain, the guilt, the fear. Let the flood of your love and the Love of the Heavens reign down upon him, and hold the axis upon which his shoulders once rested. Fold him into the bosom of your feminine and begin the healing of so much Time.

In his recovery he will arise as the center of all that you had forgotten was You all along. Let that be a sacred healing that extends to all the hearts and souls of men everywhere. He will need to reconcile with his Punisher, but for now, he needs to let in all that he received from your courage and grace. Atlas no longer shrugged. Atlas loved.
