PRACTICAL ASCENSION: 7 KEY AREAS OF LIFE – MENTAL AREA INTRO

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, discuss the mental area of life and how we can relate to the mental body from a point of view of love, respect, and spiritual and emotional healing and evolution.

There is so much energy placed on the mind and mental-based reality filtering is lauded and rewarded in our 3D reality, often over any other sort of pursuit or endeavor. Our five senses are the accepted gateway to taking in and understanding our world and the parts of us that make up our 3D Self, including our Inner Protector, Teenager, Mother/Father, and Punisher. As we ascend and awaken into more 4D frequencies and experience of life, sometimes there is a grasping at mental-based spirituality and filtering of spirituality in order to understand what’s happening in the individual and the world too, and why. This can step on the deepening emotional and embodied spiritual experience of awakening and is often a fear-based reaction from parts who are not ready for the awakening or are afraid to let go of 3D reality.

Kalayna and Gabriel also share about the awakening 5D Self, whose reality is more about visceral experience and moving with emotions as they come up rather than rationalizing or filtering them through mental-based conclusions or reasoning. Throughout Ascension, there is more fluidity that is invited, starting within, as the healing and unification of the Self continues and more oneness/non-dual experiences that are well beyond the mind can be had.

They offer too, that the mind is meant to ‘come with us’ during this process of Ascension and not to be left behind as many other spiritual paths offer. It is a crucial aspect of helping us find and visualize what’s possible for us and what our meditation journeys want to offer and show us. Eventually, perhaps the mind as we have known it is not needed anymore, and that alone can leave parts of us feeling anxious about what that reality could mean or be like, especially as the mind and thinking has been so over-emphasized and over-energized in 3D life.

More Questions Than Answers: The Sacred And Necessary Journey Through 4D Into 5D Consciousness

As we continue to move through 4D and find our way into 5D reality here on Gaia, there are so many more questions than answers, and there is a knowingness inside that hindsight truly is 20/20… meaning, sometimes we don’t and can’t know exactly what’s going on or where we’re heading until we’ve gotten there. There is a surmounting, ever-unfolding journey we are undertaking, fraught with mystery and entwined with conundrums. You find and claim one answer after another, only to ’round another corner and find another existential crisis awaits…

This is the experience of parts of us on this Ascension path. This is the experience within our Metasoul too and perhaps especially since there is so much karma held there, so many stories of other timelines and even galaxies and the happenings there. What is felt and experienced to be ‘the truth’ in one moment is then negated the next because of new discoveries within and in the world at large, too. There is so much mystery in this process of moving and ascending UPward, so much we cannot understand with our limited human energetic and verbal vocabulary, as it is right now. No wonder so many attempt to ‘figure out’ answers based in what their minds can learn. The heart though, the sacred, awakening and arising human heart, which is at the epicenter of our Ascension as a species, cannot learn through books and teachings alone and needs to experience… needs to feel… needs to let in and let go, too. So many answers are being revealed, starting from the inside, yet they need to be encouraged and supported from outside sources as well. Others who are walking this path alongside you. This is not meant to be an entirely lone wolf-based phase, this time of our Ascension. We are meant to do this together, be this together, find and feel the answers together, even if/when there is contention along the way, often held by parts or Metasoul Aspects of us not ready to let go into their truest vulnerability yet.

There is so much to learn. And are parts of us OK with not knowing our way through to this learning? This has been tricky to feel in this still predominantly patriarchal-based world and dimension, as the mind has been a prized possession and trophy, a sign of worth and power, for men and women alike. Over-reasoning has led parts of us down paths of deep hatred and fear, or a complete bypassing of much emotion at all. And then sometimes the mind gets a bad rap altogether, instead of being loved UP like any other part of our being and brought into our Ascension picture along with us. The mind is still needed, just perhaps not so relied upon, as its scope of the truthiest truths is limited at best.

The truth of Ascension lives at a personal level. It starts there like a seed, only to germinate with the right about of air, space, love. It grows with the questions, the navigation of choppy lower-4D waters, into the upper-4D flowing seas. It sways in the winds of new directions to go in, new places and parts to feel within, new physical geographies to inhabit. It is forever shifting, just as we are and are meant to. How we enter these phases of deep questioning and discernment is a show of active choice points and a foray into the unknown wilds of our human hearts which are at the core of our deepest healing processes and enlightenment/enHEARTenment opportunities.

And so, onward and UPward we continue, with all of our questions still burning brightly in the headlights and fuel tanks of our personal Merkabahs, somehow shining the way  and moving us along still, even if we can’t ever be totally sure where we are going… though it seems too, that as we inhabit even these difficult states of 4D-being and the reality of this for parts of us and move into 5D more and more, the questions become less important than the pure remembering that in the end, the details and ‘answers’ to our questions and quandaries matter far less than the return to our pure and deep understanding and kNOWingness, that we are now and will always ever be LOVE embodied in Sacred Human form. And reaching this state (even if it only lasts for moments at a time at first!) makes all of the journeying, all of the prior perplexed-ness so completely worth it. ❤

4D Spiritual Awakenings Illuminate Compartments

As Mama Gaia continues Her ascent into 4D reality at an increasing rate, we’re invited along for the ride, to experience the highs and lows, ups and downs, and take them inward, to experience them personally while connecting them to what’s happening globally. As we continue moving through these birth canals which it feels like are the main map and territory of 4D, we are being popped into new awarenesses and dawnings within.

The once tidy compartments held by parts of us, carefully sanctioning off this area of life from that one, separating, for example, our spirituality from our social lives and priorities, our emotional worlds, and our physical being, are all being blown apart. Sometimes the experience of these dividing walls coming down is one that happens with plenty of inner-negotiation, like with parts of you that you are actively working with and loving up, or life brings in what can feel like a sledgehammer (of love, mind you!) that seems to, in one fell swoop, bring an end to all separation. The dawning illuminations of how we have held our lives or allowed parts of us to hold life, are coming in stronger now. Intuition can no longer be denied and neither can the feelings of, ‘I want that, not this…‘ – the ‘that’ being the vision, the new template for how you want to experience your life, combining all sacredly held areas, and the ‘this’ being what you may be currently experiencing, in your relationships especially, yet in all other areas as well…

There is so much to feel as we let this one in… that the invitation is to feel where our sense of spirituality has been held as a separate entity, often for safe-holding and keeping by parts of us and understandably so… yet the call to really BE what we are learning about and downloading, to really live into our ‘talk’ and take the steps necessary to embody our deeper soul purpose and service of love calling, grows stronger still and shows us where we have things to look at, some resistances inside of ourselves, to truly letting go of what doesn’t feel like it aligns with this deeper soul and heart calling.

There is nothing to take very lightly about this process, as it runs deep and is often very challenging, as letting go with LOVE means letting go with a full heart, truly feeling the letting go by feeling parts of us that have held these compartments, these safety/no-go zones in place. Feeling their tears and leading them into your vision of what you truly want for you and for them in unification and a greater experience of love in all areas of your life is what brings the waves of NEW into your Now. This is the process of truly inhabiting your 4D and higher sense of spirituality… that the nitty gritty is what leads to the profoundly beautiful arising of you that you have yet to come to know, and the mess is what leads you, ultimately, to the bliss you have been wanting.

Courage is what is needed as you walk into the illuminating lights of 4D awakening and beyond… and courage, arising Sacred Human, is what you absolutely came into this dimension with in the first place and something your soul and heart remembers how to embody if you can find a way to be with that and let it in, one step, one fully felt feeling, one part of you, at a time. ❤

Practical Ascension: 7 Key Areas Of Life – The Inner Mother/Father (Emotional Area)

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, invite you to feel the emotional tones and origins of your Inner Mother/Father part(s) of you. These parts come from the lineages on our mother and father’s sides in this lifetime, yet they are also shaped by templating received by other sorts of caregivers, authority figures, and pervasive cultural conditioning around what it means to be a man or woman. A signature piece of this templating is often invulnerability in relationships, distrust towards life, love and others, control, and anxiety, all at varying degrees and depths.

The Inner Mother/Father can also be called the Inner Matriarch/Patriarch. Both of these represent the wounded masculine frequencies taken in in 3D reality. Kalayna and Gabriel discuss the different ways in which you can feel these parts within you, such as through feeling the relationship your mother and/or father had with their sexuality and their bodies, members of the same or opposite sex, life, money, etc. All of this templating becomes instilled within parts of us and until we can begin to feel its effect on us and the ways in which parts of us have also taken on this conditioning, it can be very challenging to actually heal this conditioning and begin to move beyond it.

Kalayna and Gabriel also share about their personal processes when working with these parts within themselves, as well as what this process usually looks and feels like for those who inhabit the SoulFullHeart Way of Life healing process and path. All of your committed efforts to being with and healing these parts of you opens up your heart to deeper compassion for how and why these parts originally formed as well as towards those who helped plant this conditioning within you in the first place. The ultimate intention is to begin to uncover and rediscover what it means to express as a ‘man’ or ‘woman’ in an authentic way that comes from a healing and conscious heart.

In this video, SoulFullHeart Facilitators, Teachers and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, invite you to feel the tones of your Inner Punisher/Critic. This part is intense to work with, as its name implies, yet it also opens out so much more love flow within and through you, from you to you and you to others. Kalayna and Gabriel both share about their experiences of working with and healing different layers of the Inner Punisher and what they have noticed through working with and supporting healing in others too. It is sometimes the hardest part to be with, at least at first, yet they are one of the parts that needs the MOST love!

In many ways, we are raised by the Inner Punisher and its frequencies in our caregivers/parents and other authority figures that we lean into growing up. This is a part that energizes much criticism inside of you towards parts of you, yet also towards others. As it heals, so does the energy with which your intuition and discernment comes as well. This part is a critical one to work with as a healer or ‘lightworker’, as its energies can very often leak out in unconscious ways towards those who you actually desire to support in their own healing. Feeling this part means feeling the often shadowy conditioning you were raised with and that has become naturalized in your life and culture. The other side of this process leads ultimately to deeper, more profound love and self-acceptance and a keen discernment about life that comes from love instead of fear. The many layers of the Inner Punisher that you would feel in your SoulFullHeart process are all worth it, as you begin to feel your genuine worth and love flow in a much bigger way than you would have otherwise!

They talk about what some of the major themes were inside of themselves as they began their SoulFullHeart process and what emotional themes led them each to this path.

Kalayna and Gabriel have been on their individual SoulFullHeart paths for over 6 years. They have made the decision over and over again to go inward, discovering different parts of themselves that were up front and in the shadows, with a willingness in their hearts to continue looking in the mirror. This is challenging to do, especially in a world that has us conditioned to look outward for answers, ‘fixing’ and healing.

An essential aspect of the emotional process in SoulFullHeart is feeling and being felt in a safe and held environment while receiving reflections from a Facilitator and space-holder who has been there and who continues to do their own work ongoingly. The emotional intimacy experienced inside of yourself and inside of this relationship with your Facilitator and the SoulFullHeart community too, is one that offers deep healing and a soul and heart bond that is free of grabbing or tugging, yet is loving in a profound way that has not often been templated or experienced before.

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, invite you into feeling the SoulFullHeart perspective on the emotional area of life.This is an area that undergirds all other areas in the sense that your emotional reality is alive in every moment. Kalayna and Gabriel talk about what they mean when they say ‘undigested emotional trauma’ and what a ‘part’ essentially is. In their experience and as offered through SoulFullHeart, parts work process is a foundation for healing and Ascension.

We signed up to be human in this lifetime and therefore we have much to work, feel and heal in terms of our emotional realities, which tend to be stuck in an understandable immaturity until parts of us can be deeply felt in their realities, which are often traumatic situations from our ‘past’ in this or other lifetimes. Having an awareness of parts provides much new ground for mutual nourishment and profound intimacy in relationships of all kinds, as Kalayna and Gabriel experience together as a couple and as part of a conscious community. They talk about how conflicts and clashes can help you go deeper within and find more love flow inside that can then transact MORE love between you and another person who is doing the same work inside of them.

In many spiritual offerings, the emotional area of life is typically either bypassed or quickly ‘released’ instead of actually forming a relationship within. In SoulFullHeart, we form this relationship to our pain and wounding by relating with parts or subpersonalities that are alive within us. This offers much ground of inner nourishment, healing, and growing self love and worth as well as many more openings for spirituality and consciousness to broaden and deepen. This makes emotional work an essential aspect of our Ascension as a species in 4D and higher frequencies and realities.

Reflections For This Winter Solstice, On The Service Of Love

Holding space for others is a precious gift that ultimately gives you back to you…
 
After holding space for a beloved SoulFullHeart facilitant today, I feel lit up. I feel reminded of my soul purpose. I feel supported by guides and the Divine, yes, but also by my own divinity, my own arising Sacred Human self that is consistently and intently healing, weighing anchor in those areas of 3D reality that parts of me may still hold on to, accessing more and more authentic soul and heart expression and gifts within, that have always been there though perhaps dormant and waiting for their time in the sun. I am lit up by my own sense of service of love in a personal way that came out of the session today, yet by my facilitant’s own soul and heart passions as well, which were in direct collaboration with my own the entire time, in a very palpable and powerful way and were such a key part of the sacredness of the space held for her and her parts.
 
It all reminds me of why I hold space for others. And that the service of love is not meant for us as healers as a way to become and then remain all-powerful Masters with all of the answers, no matter how high we may ascend or what frequencies we may have the blissful pleasure of accessing. I offer this healing path because I too am on it and in it. I too am healing. I too, on some level, need the frequencies of my facilitants as much as they need mine. I need the reflections that service of love offers to me and I take them into my heart, trusting what they offer. Trusting that they offer just as much as any current Ascension energies, kick-ups, upgrades, or integrations.
 
Who are we if we aren’t serving others to realize their own gifts, their own access, their own awakenings? Who are we to each other, if we aren’t feeling deeply those parts of us who want nothing to do with ‘people’, who resent others, who compare and criticize partly as a way to keep you small, but also to diminish the power of love within others too? I feel reminded today, of the importance as a healer, Facilitator, WaySHOWer, teacher, to continue going IN as the number one priority and to continue making and holding space for that…. and then, sharing that space too. It’s as important to cultivate the love within as it is to share it, not for validation (though sometimes parts of us need that) yet because it’s MEANT to be shared in the name of the exponential service of love.
 
Maybe it’s just perfect to be feeling this and offering it too on this day of Winter Solstice… a day that feels like it offers us all a reminder to go inward, to continue to feel, to BE with ourselves as we desire to BE with each other. There’s a portal in the hearth of your heart today, that is inviting you to feel the service of love you are called to and the steps to embodying that, which may sometimes be messy, yet are also bliss-y on the other side of all of the sacredly held feeling spaces where parts of you can Metasoul Aspects too can finally land and become as real as they are ready for and need to become. ❤

Energy Update: Expanded And Altered Realities As New Earth Arises From Within

It can be challenging to be ‘here’ and ‘here’ is expanding out in every moment, especially amped up by these December energies. My feet in the sand was soothing yesterday and yet, also, I let my consciousness take flight when it needed to. I had just gotten out of a powerful session with a facilitant/client who had been sharing from a higher frequency aspect of herself that we call the Gatekeeper. This need to hold higher frequency space for that unfolding, plus galactic sex with Raphael, plus a Metasoul aspect timeline of mine coming through strongly were all in my consciousness. In these moments, it is difficult to remain ‘in the body’ as I am in multiple ‘places’ at once.
 
Raphael and I were walking around the beach area here and it felt so much like a postcard. It LOOKS like a postcard already, yet the feeling of the reality outside of us being projected FROM inside us onto a screen was very strong…..along with a sense that none of it was actually real. All the activity of the merchants and buyers. The booming music and flashing tv screens. The children playing in the waves and the people too. The sand offered more realness, along with the crash of the ocean waves, and the squawk of the birds. The people mostly felt not real, in their own worlds and consciousnesses, in their own mostly 3D filtering of life that I honor, yet cannot resonate with or vibrate at any more.
 
I had the interesting experience of all sound of people being blocked out while I was lying with my eyes closed on the beach. There was only the sound of the ocean and the sensation of Raphael’s hand in mine. For that moment, I had a visceral sense of what it would feel like to open my eyes with the New Earth consciousness in place. What it would be like if my outer reality of higher vibrational consciousness matched the outer and the timelines truly split into two realities, one of denser frequency and one of higher. I saw and felt then Raphael and I walking down the empty streets of Puerto Vallarta, with very few souls still around to meet and greet us. I don’t know if this is where Ascension will lead us, but it was very interesting to feel this possibility.
 
The Ascension energies in this December corridor of 12:12 through the 12:21 solstice are inviting us to expand and open up to altered realities. Really to claim what OUR reality is and embrace it, even as if it has been judged as strange and different by 3D. And to see and feel how the 3D reality that parts of us have been conditioned to has also been an altered reality. A reality made flatter and safer by the five-sense limited settings and visible light spectrum. So little to feel when emotions are discredited! So little to see when the third eye/intuitive sensing is left out of the picture!
 
These December energies are potent in activating the third eye and yet, too, are inviting you into your higher heart. To breathe in and out from your sight ‘beyond sight’ and to compassionately take in what you see about yourself and others through your heart rather than Punisher-based judgements and filterings. To be OPEN in your heart with curiosity about whatever comes through, even those things and energies that scare parts of you.
 
Timelines are continuing to merge and overlap in big ways. You are invited to go beyond seeing and feeling anything as ‘in the past’, yet, rather that it is alive and vibrating with energy in the Now. If it is coming up for you, it is not a ‘memory’ or a ‘past life’, yet rather something that wants your attention because it is probably stuck or in trauma and needing love. Seeing things as ‘past’ or ‘ancient’ is a 3D filtering of 4D and higher realities to make them seem safer and more distant from us. You also begin to realize that you can change and alter these timelines that have seemed to be ‘from the past’, leading to exponential healing of karma. This is the process we engage with in SoulFullHeart sessions with people, quite amazing and transformative stuff!
 
THIS is a very alive and interesting phase to BE in. We are invited to accept it as it is and trust that every step is necessary to acclimate and calibrate to the transition and transformation that is coming and is happening in this Now!!

The photos were taken yesterday here on the beach… we were quite captivated by the stretchy clouds like cobwebs across the sky….unusual for here. This mermaid with wings ‘stuck around’ for almost an hour, hovering right over us. I felt she represented our star BEing self, a merging of the waters and of the angelic.

Supermoon Codes Offer Inner Illuminations, Timeline Activations, Sacred Union

As I felt and ‘saw’ the light codes coming in the early morning from the Supermoon today, they seemed to softly fall like snow or fairy dust upon my beloved and I, as we lay in bed. They looked like sparkling gold and though we weren’t outside, I could feel them come in through the windows and walls, finding their way to us. I hadn’t thought much about light codes coming from the moon and what they could mean or offer. In some ways, the moon hasn’t even been on my radar all that much, though of course, how could a Supermoon go unnoticed?!

They seem to be a sprinkling of something magical, that is also natural to arise now in this stage of Ascension. There is always an alchemical magic, though also a profound and often quite emotional process in letting go and letting in, which is something I’ve written about for the last few days as I have been walking out and feeling deeply my own process of doing just this very thing. So many others seem to be experiencing this too right now, as this IS the process of letting in higher timeline desires and possibilities too… the imminence and immediacy of claiming what we truly want yet also what and HOW our soul wants to serve LOVE, is something we are all invited to feel, feel, feel. It lights us up like a bright torch or beacon, calling us back to us, back to our sacred union within, and into deeper territory with a sacred union outside of us too, for those who have drawn that and for those who are likely about to draw that! It is the goodness of life and of love itself that we can feel now, even and sometimes especially through the painful moments of realizations and dawning truths. The pulsing, purging and pain lead to relief, revitalization, and release and a letting in, lighting up, loving OUT experience of ourselves and of life too.

Residual wounding, core wounding too, can all be held now by you, with the help of guides and this Supermoon fairy dust energy of light code sprinkles. Asking for the help, love and support you need is an invitation for all as the Ascension energies continue to move in and ramp up, amping up the anchors and moving parts of us into the spotlight held by Love. There is no end to the inner love flow that is available to be dipped into as you continue on your journey of healing inside, being with parts of you and soul Aspects too, bringing in and breathing in the energies that want to support not suppress and hold you through the next states and stages necessary for your inhabitation of new and next growth edges and places.
