In today’s video, Day 18 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk about Archangels and how to feel and relate with them, with help from Archangel Metatron of course. I encourage a heart and intuitive guidance, feeling for a sense of resonance or not, led by you and what you experience with them, the Divine, and with any path or process that you are presented with. Metatron especially seems to want to collaborate with us, to share what he has to teach, and yet also offers an invitation for us to join in together.
I feel this invitation from the Divine as well, yet this can be hard for parts of us to let in due to unhealed unworthiness. What heals that unworthiness is feeling how the Divine loves you, not just you loving the Divine in a devotional way, yet rather letting in in a transactional way to experience infinite love. This is about having ‘with’ relationships to everything rather than ‘against’ or ‘to’ or ‘from’….love with yourself, your parts, others, and with the Divine.
I also talk about the Metasoul, our individuated soul source or what you could call your ‘higher self’ soul source, which I illustrate using the sacred geometric symbol of the Flower Of Life. In the SoulFullHeart process, we connect with Metasoul sisters and brothers directly, which are fragments or projections from the same soul source as yours. This is different than how past lives are usually related to, because these aspects are not past and yet are rather overlaying onto your timeline and ‘bleeding through.’ You get to know and connect with the Metasoul aspect in order to get into a gift exchange with more objectivity possible through this. And there seems to be exponential and quantum healing possible through Metasoul processing! In today’s video, Day 14 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I offer about a sense of self permission that comes from offering to yourself and parts of you that, “It’s Ok Not To Be Ok”.
I read from a previously shared and popular writing…..”It’s OK not to be OK….putting down the masks of OKness or being positive all the time. Being vulnerable to show what is really going in your heart. Sharing your tears, your fears, your concerns, your pain with those who can feel you. Being real with what parts of you are feeling and reacting to in every moment. This self permission space allows the feelings to BE, to be felt, and eventually to heal.”
I offer about not going to battle with our feelings or numbing and drugging them, yet rather seeing them as offering a heart and soul story for us and to respond to them with compassionate curiousity. If you had been told “It’s Ok Not To Be OK” as a child and felt in your feelings, you could have learned how to hold space for yourself and your feelings. Instead parts of you learn how to protect, distract, deflect, etc. due to 3D conditioning from your caregivers.
Very often in spiritual offerings it can be about finding the positive; don’t get ‘too low’ in feelings; find only bliss. This creates a gap between your awakening high states and the reality of your emotional bodies’ wounding and reactivity. More bliss and joy can come up when there is no energy going toward transcendence or suppression of feelings. I offer that the Divine wants us to feel ourselves and our parts of us; to be real about what we are feeling; and to feel what is real.

In today’s video, Day 12 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri joins me to talk about the SoulFullHeart process and how it has been for her to navigate for the last six years, especially as someone who is 30. Kalayna works with women under 30 in SoulFullHeart sessions and shares about some things she has seen in that work in terms of their pain and challenges. We discuss the feelings of abandonment and not belonging in 3D, such as not wanting a career/family/mortgage that are common to her generation.
Kalayna also shares about her process working with her Protector in different forms, names, and energies over the years that were quite masculine in the beginning of her process. This part has eventually turned into the 4D Gatekeeper named Angelica that is more feminine. Work with the Protector reveals the Inner Child which then uncovers the Star Seed Child, which is the wonder being ‘from the stars’ energy inside of us all. There are many understandable qualms and queries that a wide array of souls have about letting in ‘new’ teachings and perspectives. There’s a way that in a sense, many of us have said ‘yes’ to being a part of abusive groups and leaders – political, spiritual, etc. Perhaps that’s why resonance can be a scary thing for parts and Metasoul Aspects of us, who have been ‘burned’ before, who have walked out (and may still be walking out) abusive relationships on many levels with those who they were once convinced truly loved and accepted them ‘unconditionally’ – which is perhaps one of the biggest hooks of them all and speaks to so much of our collective and personal wounding…
Today, after doing some research into different spiritual leaders and groups, I feel a collective pain and it feels like it pierces and echoes quite strongly. It’s a sense of some heavy influence and infiltration (which was signed-up for and allowed in for good and necessary reasons) from what can be called ‘Archonic’ energies and whispers, which really in a way just feels like the whispers of heavily unowned or outright disowned shadow. To find ourselves in abusive relationships on any blatant or subtle levels reflects an abuse which perpetuates inside of us and the suppression of our own shadows; what has been held in the dark and not only what could be considered ‘dark’ or low vibration. Taking this in as a piece for collective healing is important, yet the more important and power-filled choice is to take it back inward, to find our personal contribution to it, starting from us to us.
The degree to which there is denial that ALL, even the most precious, beloved and highly regarded gurus of our time and beyond also have ‘shadow’ to work and aren’t perfect or above being the human they signed up to be in their life and timeline, is the degree to which it is often suppressed and disregarded within too. We want to blame the others who fall from grace, yet so often there are parts of us, ESPECIALLY Metasoul Aspects of us, that have experienced this themselves in their own timelines and are afraid to face the shadow within that matched and made OK the unowned shadow in the other in THIS timeline.
That might be a lot to digest, yet it feels of great importance if we are truly to ‘clean house’ in this new ‘year’ called ‘2018’, which, it feels like, IS the invitation when it comes to Disclosure’s current unfolding that cannot be avoided personally as it happens globally.
To make the choice to lean into a new offering, such as what we talk about and share in SoulFullHeart, likely brings up quite a bit for some of you who feel resonance and yet feel a need to balk and take it this work in in small doses. This is understandable and actually feels necessary too. There is a need now to truly discern where a teacher, author, guru, speaker, etc is coming from and to vibe-in with their particular views of love and spirituality, to see if they truly work for you at this time. There is an enormous capacity in all of us to let in and lean in and there is a vast amount of distrust that comes with that too, embodied in a part of you that we call the Inner Protector and also the Gatekeeper. Bless this part of each of us for the filtering, the necessary judgments and push-aways, the incredible job they have done and had to do. To be truly led by your deepest heart into healing paths that will not offer abuse but instead continually give you back to you as you find the power of your naked heart and soul again without need of a Protector, is perhaps one of the most profound gifts coming to you this year and beyond and it is definitely my own wish for ALL of us as we continue arising and rearising into our Sacred Humanity, that is powerful, soulful, and above all heartful. ❤

“But what is ascension but growth, and what is growth but a series of deaths and rebirths.” Our relationship to time is a fickle thing looking at it through a different lens. We create an ‘other’ out of a year and tell it what we thought of it as it walks out of the door of the home we built together 365 days ago. Sometimes, I feel 2017 getting a collective kick in the ass and I feel for it. I feel for every year that gets wrapped up in expectation and then withers into discontent by March. (Yeah, that bully March. Just doesn’t know when it has something good.)
So much projection onto our time capsules. That which we have created to give us direction and a viewfinder for measurement. I have no ill will toward 2017. It was a noble servant of Love as it brought up so much of our collective shadow, and maybe that is what some of the reactions may be about. We are responding to what is unconsciously percolating on the inside. A disclosure of our enclosure.
We have our own personal relationship to 2017, each that was a story created by our individual and collective consciousnesses. There were some bumps in the road for me emotionally that were all perfectly laid for this new lift into leadership, romantic relationship, and inner ambassadorship. A part of me has looked back at moments with some questioning and remorse, but in hindsight it couldn’t have been any other way as I now find myself in a beautiful vantage point.
Each new year gets to be as we choose it to be, even as those choices create tension, reaction, and conflict. It is all a part of the ascension process. But what is ascension but growth, and what is growth but a series of deaths and rebirths. It is also reunion. A re-unit-ing of all our suppressed and unfelt parts of us still in trauma or dischord as well as our soul aspects spread across time and space dimensions. The balm of this growth and the connective tissue of this reunion is Love.
Love is the guiding light of all our choices even when they don’t feel like love to a part of us. There is a way in which we have care-taken parts of us and others in the name of Love. When we get to the core of what we are truly feeling in our emotional body and compare it to where we want and need to be, the sacred path reveals itself. Holding space for those choices is what we are here to offer.
2018 feels like an epic year personally and collectively. How we relate to it is truly up to us in all the ups and downs it may bring, which is what we subscribed to even before it has hung up its clothes on its side of our closet. In this moment you can choose the INtention, breathe in the desire that is baking in the oven, and then let go of what actually comes out of the oven one year from now, “cuz it ain’t gonna be what you thought it might be”. None of us do.
What we can choose is to feel all of the edges of what we truly want and the fears that come up in response. We can walk through these together and create a New Earth Consciousness and authentic heart and soul resonance with transparency and vulnerability as the fuel of this merkabah we call SoulFullHeart. Many heartfelt wishes to you in this arising New You Year.

“It is not freedom from fear you seek, but rather a relationship to it.”
I am in a new conversation with a soul aspect of mine that feels more closely aligned to my Higher Self. More polarized to love and light than the fear and darkness of so many of my other aspects I have had relationships with. His name is Aris and it is a shortened version of Aristotle. He has a Buddhist and Greek philosophers mind with an angelic aura. Very balanced in his guidance and does not seem to judge much about what is or isn’t true. It is all a quest of feeling and curiosity.
This has started as I have been continuing to feel an increased desire and call to out more of my leadership, authority, and embodiment as a healer, teacher, and creator. As a part of a community of healers, teachers, and creators, it can bring up some old frequencies of doubt, comparison, and unworth. “Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?” as the famous quote goes. Yes….it is our deepest fear to face our Bigness. But more so our deepest fear is to feel that we are loved beyond infinite measure. That we ARE Inifinite Love. Right now, parts of me are still digesting the “I am loved” part. From me to me first, which lets in the beauty of the love from others and the Divine. So I have this love flow that is arising INside, overflowing and circulating with my beloved soul family and beautiful sacred union mate. It is a good place to be with so many desires for more arising in all of us. Connecting with new worlds inside of us, growing the intention of vast travel and service of love to all BEings. “So what is the problem with that?!” I hear a voice in me asking.
It is not really a ‘problem’, I would say, but there does come a responsive arising of antithetical feelings that are based in fear, no matter the names I give them. I used to want to feel a freedom from my fear. To extinguish them. To live in a state of fearlessness. But I have come to learn from my experience and my guidance with Aris that Fear is a valuable and essential part of our existence. It is what we move through to feel the Love on the other side. It protects the preciousness of Love and those that are willing to feel the fear and heal it receive the gift in exchange. It is lessing the impact that our relationship to Fear has on parts of us that transmutes us into embodying more Love frequencies. This is the alchemical and transitional 4D consciousness we are going to all be moving into this coming year.
There will be many awarenesses that will come into focus as we move through these next months. Each one asking you to deeply feel your honest truth about your relationship with others, yourself, and daily life. There will be big reactions to those relationships inside of you and what the choice points are for you to feel in regards to what you are truly here to inhabit and how you get there. Feeling the fear undergirding it all is what moves you to the next places. This is where having a relationship with your fear and the parts of you that hold it come into play. Very sacred play. Your Highest Self is there holding space for it all as long as you are willing to feel it.

It’s becoming more apparent than ever, how ‘love’ has been offered in very many different spiritual healing modalities and practices, and yet not lived into deeply by those who are teaching about it. What becomes very intense to feel, is the way in which love is often mixed in with intense amounts of fear and non-vulnerable responses to others and especially to the self. Words like ‘unconditional love’ are offered, yet often coupled with energies of shaming, criticism, and judgment, subtle or not. Judgment and punishing energies come from parts of us that need our love and attention and their intensity is often off-gassed, put onto others without a sense of personal accountability or consciousness. Judgment, in and of itself, is not ‘bad’ and, in fact, has been a necessary thing when it comes to moving through 3D life, and with work, it can heal to healthy discernment and a letting in of deep compassion. The primary energy though with which we tend to hold judgments is another thing entirely and is typically an expression of a need for more time within you. Healthy discernment and expressions of intuition come from many years of working with Inner Punishers/Judgers, which is a powerful way to find your authentic sense of compassion and Love too, starting, always, from you to you. Until these frequencies are given space to heal within, they actually can run through every area of our lives, dulling our sense of wonder at ourselves let alone others, and taming our reality of and access to higher frequencies of Love.
It has been really coming to light lately, that heavy-handed judgments from healers who are supposed to be offering deep healing to others are actually the norm. There are judgments and invasive read-outs being offered that are disguised as ‘love’ and assumed to BE ‘love’ by those receiving. There have also been SO many fear-based messages given without consciousness and often touted as channellings. Indeed, what we have learned is ‘love’ and have felt to BE ‘love’ so often misses the mark and is actually based in immense fear…. understandably so in some ways, given how harsh and challenging 3D reality has been, yet this reality is being invited to shift in every moment of our ever-expanding consciousness and our ever-opening and healing Sacred Human hearts.
Perhaps this is one of the main sources of pain in all of our bodies, physical, emotional, etc. right now during this phase of Ascension… we need to clear ourselves of the false love we have taken in from so many, so we can re-calibrate and learn what real Love IS… and that the only source of ‘unconditional love’ we can rely on is inside of us and with the Divine. It IS possible to experience deep love in ALL relationships outside of ourselves and in fact, we need to hold out for it, settle for nothing less than it, and we also need to let go of the label or expectation of it ever being ‘unconditonal’ when coming from another. We can recognize each other as expressions of Infinite Love and feel Love and authentic compassion for each other based on this picture, yet this can only really happen if we can feel this inside ourselves first in all ways and in all parts of us too.
The Love we are truly made of and deeply wanting more of, consciously or unconsciously, is right here, waiting for those moments of entry into us. The more we choose to express Love within ourselves, including being with parts of us that need us and Metasoul Aspects too, but also including the food we eat, the ways in which we treat our bodies, the meditation practices we sit in, and the relationships we have and inhabit. There is so much that Love, in all of its many shapes, colours, and textures, wants to come into you and show Itself for what it really is and how it really feels when it is truly, authentically, REALly there inside and beside you… ❤

I am in and of the frequency of Gaia today during meditation, the Schumann Resonance vibrating around me. This is the heartbeat of Mother Gaia….immediately soothing and, just, so, so natural. It feels like being a fetus again, tucked into Mother’s womb, being soothed by the sound of Her heartbeat echoing all around. The main Ascension energies in this Now seem to be coming from Gaia, continuing to assist with the feminine-based INtegration process that began in earnest with the Supermoon earlier this month AND continuing into January, where we will receive mega Divine Feminine energies from two Supermoons and a lunar eclipse.
Gaia’s frequency is received in a natural way too…through your Earth Chakra that swirls about one foot below your physical feet. Your Earth Chakra is connected to a network of Earth Chakras, forming an energetic branch system that EVERY human BEing is naturally resonant with. These branches come off of a main trunk or ‘grounding cord’, as it is commonly called, that reaches down to the deepest center and core of Gaia. You can move lower vibrational frequency energies (and pain, congestion, energetic kicks from others, Archon ‘attacks’) through this grounding cord and they will be absorbed and transmuted by Gaia. I’ve been engaged in this grounding cord connection process (off and on) since I was 20 years old and first learned it during a meditation class. I still include it today in almost all of the guided meditations I offer and lead.
Walking barefoot or burying your feet in sand or warm baths with Himalayan salts creates a visceral sense of connecting to this Gaia vibration. Yet, too, visualizing the grounding cord/trunk that runs from your Earth Chakra to the center of Gaia during meditation provides just as much access to Her grounding frequencies, maybe even more. Gaia lives INSIDE of us all ultimately on the physical, spiritual, and emotional levels, so interacting with Her through meditation is very nourishing. You have less need to go OUT to Her actually to be activated to Her higher frequencies as they more vibrate from within you as you BEcome New Earth. The oceans, the forests, the mountains, the rivers, the lakes…all HER forms of natural expression are from within you. Mother Gaia is wonderful to have conversations with as a Guide and receive EARTHLY Mama love hugs from too!
I have been brought more often into Inner Earth during Galactic Ambassadorship and personal processes during meditation lately. I am acclimating to how it feels and looks to BE down there, although it doesn’t really feel like ‘down’ with the amazing natural lighting that even FEELS warm like sunshine, huge and spacious caverns, and ultra modern (beyond what we have on the surface) structures. I’ve just begun connection with these Inner Earth BEings, so will share more as it develops. I am still mostly being guided by Binkh, my Arcturian Metasoul Aspect, and Beslopah, my Blue Avian Metasoul Aspect. These Guides offer to me that we’ll be focusing our collective attentions more on Inner Gaia or Inner Earth as disclosure continues to unfold. We’ll be finding out eventually about the vast networks of tunnels and cities that have been created below our feet, below where our eyes can see. This collective disclosure will probably start with the revelations of long abandoned structures from Star BEings commonly called the Builder Race.
We’ve been gifted the surface of Gaia to play out our 3D ascending to 5D experiment while so much has remained purposely hidden from us until our consciousness is ready to digest it. Integration of the Inner Earth civilizations and Star BEings (and humans) who live down there is an important aspect of Ascension…once more people get acclimated to the existence of Star BEings and our long involvement with them (as is now coming out in even the mainstream media!).
Connecting our Gaia frequency with our Star BEing frequency….forming a bridge from our Earth Chakra to our Stellar Gateway (personal cosmic sun chakra about two feet above our heads) activates our 5D Sacred Human ‘Violet Print’ (as I have been offered to call it). This Violet Print is our Sacred Human column that is being activated by all these Ascension energies coming from Divine Masculine and Feminine sources, along with our Merkabah or light body vehicle. I don’t feel that Gaia is ‘shaking us humans off like fleas’ if we don’t resonate with Her as She moves into higher frequencies of 4D as some others offer about the Ascension process. She is inviting us to come WITH Her! She invites us to connect with the very natural and organic frequencies of Her that live in our DNA, our every living cells, and in our Star Seed child selves too. Her frequencies provide a reminder and Invitation to experience both our groundedness and our Infinite essence as Love!

I am still digesting on this day after Christmas…a good kind of hangover, not caused from too much alcohol or eating unhealthy food or being in denser energies…yet from being a bit backed up from the GOODNESS and gifts that arose yesterday during our SoulFullHeart christmas together.
We spent lots of time, taking hours to open gifts and read cards from each other……….we went into every moment to FEEL what there was to feel; we digested every gift and the intention and place it came from, which was always given and received with much love and goodness. Every gift was as if we could have picked it out ourselves. And because we share money as a community, it kind of WAS as if we were gifting to ourselves.
We savored every bite of the vegan food that we lovingly prepared, requiring no digestion of any killing frequencies (which can greatly lower vibration). Parts of us popped in (our Inner Child, our Star Seeds) who so enjoy the moments of Unity on Christmas, the goodness, the feeling of soul family where resonance forms the common ground.
We dreamed a lot too…talking about our increasing desires and clarities to relocate to Europe in 2018, landing first in the U.K. where some of our SoulFullHeart facilitants live and also where our souls are drawn…especially to Glastonbury/Avalon. We teleported together to Europe, energizing this new timeline with our growing excitement for the service of love WITH others and to ourselves.
This may feel and sound like a ‘dream life’, to be surrounded by so much love and goodness with others on a day that can be very challenging and difficult to navigate within non-resonant relationships. I spent many, many holidays in these dissonant energies in the past. I spent many holidays feeling like an outcast, stranger, and seeking anything that would give parts of me comfort (usually alcohol, cigarettes, and food) within the dissonance.
Shifting to this goodness experience on the outside and with others has come from shifting on the INSIDE, feeling and healing and BEing with each part of me conditioned to less, to lack, to suffering, and to shrinking. This also comes from letting go of so much of 3D conditioning around materialism, disconnected gift giving as a compensation, 3D birth family duty and obligation.
This transition on the inside to self love and goodness leads to boundary setting with others. It leads to WANTING more, craving more with others based in them also being in self love and goodness as their souls awaken. It leads to being willing to let go of anything that doesn’t serve love, create a sense of growth. To let go of anything that distracts from the inner transformation and relationships forming inside with each precious part of you.
This is not ‘luck’ or ‘being blessed’ that draws this kind of resonant family experience I experienced yesterday and ALL my days, yet it comes from REAL heart and soul healing parts/Metasoul process work that has asked for many years of devotion and dedication to. Process that is sometimes heart breaking to parts of us, sometimes with timelines collapsing HUGE around us, sometimes with many fights, contentions, and conflicts to sort through until arriving at more and more resonance and peace. And yet, this transformation leads to feeling love from within that is reflected back to you in EVERY relationship that you are then choosing to engage with….or not. Every relationship shifts to reflect the goodness that you ARE and the love that you ARE too. And, eventually, you cannot imagine settling for less than this as it doesn’t serve you OR the other person to do so.
I feel this is such a key aspect of 5D and New Earth living and loving…to BE in Unity Consciousness community together in this respectful and nourishing way. Starting from within….and so it overflows to the outer experience too!
