Your Gatekeeper: Guardian Of Your Metasoul/Other Timeline Aspects – Day 24: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 24 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series,Β I talk about the 4D (and higher) energy and Metasoul aspect called the Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeper is the upstream expression of the 3D Protector. As your 3D protector is connected with and begins to rest more from this life experiences and traumas, your Gatekeeper can begin to reveal themselves. The Gatekeeper is the aspect of our Metasoul that keeps the veil of amnesia in place, guarding the ‘doors’ and portals of access to all of your Metasoul sisters Β and/or brothers (fractals off of the same individuated soul sources that express out in many timelines).

The Gatekeeper is often overwhelmed by this ‘duty’ and feels disconnected from Divine Source, other Gatekeepers, Angels, and higher dimensional frequencies. Bleed throughs from different Metasoul timelines (particularly those with a lot of karma) come through and ‘fuse’ into the Gatekeeper’s energy. They often first present to you as one of these timelines.

I talk about my process with my Gatekeepers over the years and how they have shifted to strongly masculine warrior frequencies to eventually feminine bridging energies. The Gatekeeper shifts from guard to guide; they become a more and more pure channel of Divine love, access to Higher Dimensional Frequencies, Akashic Records (which are ‘contained’ in your Metasoul line), and more.

The Leading And Trailing Edges Of Our Awakenings

Each and every time you have an awakening experience, though they are coveted and desired and often long-awaited and worked for, these experiences also carry you into a greater unknown. The whole idea of awakening is to shake something up inside, whether it moves your frequency up or drops back in inward into parts of you that need you more than ever. Sometimes awakening experiences bring us both in tandem. Sometimes we call this, ‘leading edge’ and ‘trailing edge’ in SoulFullHeart. ‘Leading edge’Β is the experience of true and pure love awakening and deepening inside and feeling your actions, words, expression of you coming from a higher, less reactive and more expansive place, and ‘trailing edge’ is the opposite, or what can feel like the opposite; the parts of you coming up in reaction to the expansion, trying to close the gap between it and them, sometimes flooding you with their lower frequency wounding and reality. The main bridge between the two is consciousness, awareness that this can and will happen and that your job as an arising authentic self is to be an ambassador between the two, not negating or dismissing one or the other, yet bringing them together somehow and letting the newfound expansiveness inside to become the bigger container for the smallness, the pain, the existential terror.

I remember being quite young and awakening to angelic frequencies and love. My birth mother had given me a gift that Christmas of my first deck of Angel cards. They were simple yet sweet, not created by any well-known author or speaker. I was in my early teens at that time, or just about anyways. I remember playing with them, exploring them, reading the little book they came with. I did as the book instructed and asked a question I believe, or simply asked for guidance. I did a little spread of the cards and picked them up to read the other side. The messages that came through hit a chord of resonance inside my heart and soul, both. I felt a rush of energy move through me and suddenly felt Angels, what I called ‘my’ Angels, surrounding and encouraging me. The love I felt was so exquisite, I believe I even had tears… I remember too, that the book suggested dowsing as another method of reading the cards. I grabbed a necklace of mine with a small ring on it – a ring that had a nickname of mine etched into it and was too small for me to wear, so I had put it on the chain instead. I held it out in front of me, above my palm, to ‘tune it in’, asking it which direction it would turn in to mean ‘yes’ and which way would mean ‘no’. To my surprise, oh my God, it MOVED!! Woah!! The rush of adrenaline and excitement that followed I can’t explain in words, but it felt so powerful and I felt so powerful to be holding this tool in my hand!

After this happened, I ran to tell my mother and sister about what I had experienced. Part of me felt a bit shy about sharing, slightly worried about it being invalidated, but too excited to let that in at the time. I shared with them and my heart sank… there was an ounce of validation from my mother, who was exploring some areas of spirituality outside of the Catholic church I grew up in along with me, yet she couldn’t let it in deeply and didn’t ask any questions about it. My sister just sort of looked at me, I recall. I think she said something like, ‘that’s cool’. As my first experience of an awakening, without having much knowledge of what awakenings even were at the time, this sort of set the tone for any of my other awakenings that followed. I do not fault either of them for their reactions… their parts weren’t sure what to do with any of this and they probably both had fear and maybe even comparison come up. What I was doing was not ‘normal’ and I think it actually reflected their own capacities back to them, which of course parts, especially Inner Protectors/Gatekeepers who are busy trying to navigate the dense 3D world, tend to have big reactions to, as it isn’t exactly safe to be outside the norm in most cases.

Nonetheless, this birthed a whole world of spirituality for me. It validated so much of what I had begun to read about in different books by spiritual authors. I feel a young part of me sharing all of this, as she was the one who primarily ‘drove the bus’ on my spiritual adventures for many years of my life. Eventually, this part and I needed to separate from birth family and many other relationships altogether, as the lack of resonance hurt and also wasn’t serving my continued openings and my desire to deeply heal.

What followed was many years of seeking and searching. Being very naturally emotional and reactive and not having a container for it, no matter what spiritual path I/part of me tried on for size. I came close to some version of ‘parts work’ through one particular author and speaker who I even studied with for a while and this path was what then led me to SoulFullHeart, which I now teach and facilitate today. It took me a long time to realize that I needed to bridge to my emotional world, not try to put it away. And in truth, my parts weren’t ever going to let me do that anyway!

Every awakening I’ve had has been a mixed experience of up and down, sometimes at the same time, as I can feel my emotional body and also the wounding in my soul trying to catch up with the higher frequencies pouring in and watering my heart with so much love and dawning awareness. I invite you to feel where and how your own emotional body needs to catch up to your own awakenings and openings… to feel how your relationships currently surrounding you serve or don’t serve you along the way is an essential part of awakening and growing and healing. Every new vista invites us all to feel deeper where and who we are as well as who we want and need to become. And, they also invite us deeper into love, so we can better serve love, especially to others who truly want and need us to and are ready to let in their own capacity for the same!

2018 Energies Invite Discernment, Reflections On Your Healing Path

There are many understandable qualms and queries that a wide array of souls have about letting in ‘new’ teachings and perspectives. There’s a way that in a sense, many of us have said ‘yes’ to being a part of abusive groups and leaders – political, spiritual, etc. Perhaps that’s why resonance can be a scary thing for parts and Metasoul Aspects of us, who have been ‘burned’ before, who have walked out (and may still be walking out) abusive relationships on many levels with those who they were once convinced truly loved and accepted them ‘unconditionally’ – which is perhaps one of the biggest hooks of them allΒ and speaks to so much of our collective and personal wounding…

Today, after doing some research into different spiritual leaders and groups, I feel a collective pain and it feels like it pierces and echoes quite strongly. It’s a sense of some heavy influence and infiltration (which was signed-up for and allowed in for good and necessary reasons) from what can be called ‘Archonic’ energies and whispers, which really in a way just feels like the whispers of heavily unowned or outright disowned shadow. To find ourselves in abusive relationships on any blatant or subtle levels reflects an abuse which perpetuates inside of us and the suppression of our own shadows; what has been held in the dark and not only what could be considered β€˜dark’ or low vibration. Taking this in as a piece for collective healing is important, yet the more important and power-filled choice is to take it back inward, to find our personal contribution to it, starting from us to us.

The degree to which there is denial that ALL, even the most precious, beloved and highly regarded gurus of our time and beyond also have ‘shadow’ to work and aren’t perfect or above being the human they signed up to be in their life and timeline, is the degree to which it is often suppressed and disregarded within too. We want to blame the others who fall from grace, yet so often there are parts of us, ESPECIALLY Metasoul Aspects of us, that have experienced this themselves in their own timelines and are afraid to face the shadow within that matched and made OK the unowned shadow in the other in THIS timeline.

That might be a lot to digest, yet it feels of great importance if we are truly to ‘clean house’ in this new ‘year’ called ‘2018’, which, it feels like, IS the invitation when it comes to Disclosure’s current unfolding that cannot be avoided personally as it happens globally.

To make the choice to lean into a new offering, such as what we talk about and share in SoulFullHeart, likely brings up quite a bit for some of you who feel resonance and yet feel a need to balk and take it this work in in small doses. This is understandable and actually feels necessary too. There is a need now to truly discern where a teacher, author, guru, speaker, etc is coming from and to vibe-in with their particular views of love and spirituality, to see if they truly work for you at this time. There is an enormous capacity in all of us to let in and lean in and there is a vast amount of distrust that comes with that too, embodied in a part of you that we call the Inner Protector and also the Gatekeeper. Bless this part of each of us for the filtering, the necessary judgments and push-aways, the incredible job they have done and had to do. To be truly led by your deepest heart into healing paths that will not offer abuse but instead continually give you back to you as you find the power of your naked heart and soul again without need of a Protector, is perhaps one of the most profound gifts coming to you this year and beyond and it is definitely my own wish for ALL of us as we continue arising and rearising into our Sacred Humanity, that is powerful, soulful, and above all heartful. ❀

Continued Energies Invite Us To Deeper Healing Of Galactic Wounds

1:11 begins this post. Nice timing. It is a gateway into a new emerging relationship inside myself (and yourself) that has been in pregnant pause. I have been connecting with my Gatekeeper on a more consistent basis to bring him more into the room of my daily consciousness. He has been very effusive most of my process yet has had played games of peek-a-boo off and on. He is moving from a guardian of my soul story and gifts to a beloved partner and guide on this journey of inner healing and discovery.

I found him stuck in the shadowland territory of my soul and through SoulFullHeart energy work and guided meditation brought him into closer proximity to the light of my heart where he could ‘dethaw’ from the experience. As we have connected, he has guided me to a couple of metasoul brothers in other timelines that are connected to Kalayna’s metasoul (my sacred union beloved). He was just with me in those moments being a witness to my connection with them to help heal old frequencies and dynamics in our bond together.

But as those faded and are waiting for further deepening and clarity there has been a struggle within him to feel like he actually has purpose and clarities. Everything seemed like a blurry painting sometimes. Static in the air that was creating doubt. Of course underneath doubt lies a deep fear of actually having what it is you deeply want for fear of it going away.

In the shadowlands, he was held by a Reptilian energy. It had created an open portal into my world through him. Noel, my Gatekeeper was connected to this Reptilian aspect that actually lies within us all. There was a felt sense that Noel needed to meet this Reptilian self, named Salthazar, to help heal the bind that still seemed to connect them and release them both from the downward spiral of the shadowland.

It was an amazing experience to feel this once timid and elusive guide of mine stand in the bowels of this intense energy and hold a loving space of compassion and service of love. He could feel this Reptilian’s truest heart and the source of its wounding. There was a forgiveness and an invitation to feel a new timeline for this part of me. It was quite and extraordinary process of transformation as he went from snarky pot shots to authentic tears even while in reservation that a new life awaits him.

He offered him a new family within my inner court of wayward travelers, kings, and guides. It was like being in the most captivating movie I could ever imagine. Within this BEing is a Lizard King. He held so much of my punishment, judgement, shame, fear, and control. Holding the light amidst the most unsavory within us all is what moves the darkness and births out a new gift that was never thought possible from the fear place.

There is still work to be done. Pain to be felt and trust to be garnered. But it is the first step into a series of other steps that brings new possibilities and new energy to an unending journey of what it means to be alive in this Now….moons, holidays, solstices and all.

The healing that is offered in SoulFullHeart is a doorway into an infinite world of discovery that begins with our 3D anchors and moves us into these epic and storied landscapes of our 4D consciousness that hold the seed of our Star Being connection. Each movement and step is a deeply felt and celebrated event that brings new awareness of what our sacred humanity ready to illuminate.

Moving From Anxiety To Trust And Surrender

What seems to be UP for healing in this now is the distrust that LIVES in parts of us that really have very little reason to trust life, us, others in relationships, or the Divine. This distrust expresses as anxiety, sometimes so acute as to make it difficult to even BE in life and be social with others. Definitely making it challenging to let in and receive love.

Feeling this kind of anxiety is not a ‘disorder’, not something to be medicated with the latest pharma drugs. (same with depression, what is labelled as ‘bipolar’, etc. etc.) This distrust is rooted in the emotional body, the 3D Self aspects such as the Protector who HAD to come in when you were born here and create a shield to protect you from the harsh energies around and surrounding you. This protection was formed, to some degree, out of a distrust that you would actually be safe in 3D if you remained vulnerable, unexposed, innocent, pure…which is highly likely that you wouldn’t have been. This protection couldn’t prevent ALL harm from happening as your soul signed up to grow and to learn. The Protector can feel so guilty about this, like he/she failed you and the precious ones inside you that it feels like it was supposed to protect from all harm. Distrust also stems from existential, soul roots too. Can be deep in the Metasoul timelines and lifetimes where betrayal and persecution and backstabbing are so common. You have Metasoul Aspects that are living these scenarios out in the now (not past at all, not ancient at all.) The energetic karma trauma created from the playouts of this distrust can run deep. It can greatly impact your romantic relationships especially as wounded masculine expressions create ‘no go’ zones related to intimacy, sexuality, and sacred union.

The aspect of your Metasoul that is in charge with guarding and keeping the veils in place until there is enough YOU there to handle the remembering is what we call the Gatekeeper. This Metasoul Aspect often has deep layers of distrust in the Divine especially, who it feels has left it, abandoned it, and given it a near impossible mission to protect you (and the other Metasoul aspects) in difficult densities. Even if you feel a trust in the Divine, this Aspect may not at all, which can be interesting to feel how this polarity lives inside. The Divine Feminine is here to hold space for these masculine aspects to begin to rest. To infuse you with feminine compassion for these energies and what they have so vigilantly DONE and BEEN for you. Inner negotiation opens up as you become ambassador to all these aspects of yourself, supported by the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine too. You become loving witness to their distrust, understanding and feeling the reasons why.

Distrust can be moved to trust with love and by love. What previously felt like resistance and fear moves into acceptance and surrender. What was before shut down, now opens UP to receive LOTS more love!

Going Yin: Birthing Through A Gateway

Enjoying some rest time today. I was guided to just BE in quiet yinner space and let my heart guide me. Feel what needs connecting with inside. Then I recalled it was 12/12 today. A significant gateway into a higher timeline. I have been feeling a feminine container around me this last week or so even during occasional masculine production modes. I can actually feel Her during these times. She is wrapping something around me to guide me, and maybe more specifically, an aspect of me into a new ground of balanced creativeness. When I feel the more pressing or pushing energy, I know I hit the wall of Her womb gently inviting me back inward.

It is far less than it used to be in the past, but when it arises it is becoming much more recognizable. So it felt important to take this Yin space and feel this with my parts, more specifically my Gatekeeper, or soul guardian, for whom I am in deepening relationship with. He was feeling how the energy to produce can come from a need to fill a lack or void within. Something that is not being felt from a You-to-You space. It is the void space that holds some of our deepest fears. Fears of rejection, abandonment, and inadequacy. So much doing and achieving can be used to fill and cover this hole yet still not feel Whole.

This is a very kinetic feeling inside. An upward swing of temporal euphoria, like a subtle brush across the forehead that symbolizes a relief that a part avoided the void once again. The reality of course is that no matter what we throw into it or try and cover it with, it will always be there until we feel that part of us that is working overtime and not getting paid for it…meaning it is not feeling the deeper pain and being held in it with love.

I could feel the deeper layers of Noel needing connection with me. Needing help navigating this birthing into being and meaning. So used to being in the shadows, hiding and protecting. Being fused to the more wounded need for being loved by what you do and don’t say rather than who you are and what your truth is. Not being fully aware of what Love truly is wanting him to feel about himself as a part of a bigger picture of service and surrender.

This is where the infusion of divine feminine energy is helping to birth both of us into a new timeline of leadership and expanding vulnerability. Purpose and meaning. The space between motion and rest. There is a great balancing act occurring in my world today as I surrender to it. That feels like the key into this next gateway. Surrendering to the feelings inside that are inside the covered void. Creating a Yin day for yourself and the parts of you that need your love and attention. This is what is offered in SoulFullHeart as a means to feel the deeper layers of your being to allow for more arising of your authentic and glorious creative You.
I feel how the masculine in us all, both male and female, benefits from this rest and going yin time. Not as a means to check out, but a way to feel the next pieces to move into a higher vibration of joy and BEing that makes us whole again.

Surrender To Personal Process And Divine Timing

This feeling of going and BEing inward… a place of ‘active’ rest in moments right now, yet restful nonetheless. This the place where feelings can rise and be felt. Feelings that are coming from parts of you and Metasoul Aspects too. They are feelings but more so, they are experiences… they are situations that rose and fell and broke us open, or wanted to. They are tumults, storms, upheavals, and they are love spells and aired-out rooms too. And, all of this feeling is only leading you to more of everything… but especially love… and love comes in so many ways, waves and forms.

To be honest, in some ways, I’m still letting these words in for myself, even. I have been working with my Gatekeeper, the aspect of my Higher Self that has been responsible for so much of my soul awakenings and desires and yet has had wounding of her own and wounding she has become fused to from my soul too. She is in a big, deep process right now, that runs for fathoms below what my life looks and feels like on the surface. She is epic in the truest sense of the word, yet, she is a simple concept to in another way. Epic yet simple… “yup”, she says, “that pretty much sums up ALL matters of the soul in some way, it seems…”.

One piece I’ve been feeling with her, is that it’s humbling to feel how nothing is really up to us. We have ‘free will’, yes, and that free will is intended to allow us to walk freely into our most indelible paths of learning and awakening and healing. We get to choose if we want to approach life and love in this way or that way. If we want to go inward or go outward, or both. If we want to live primarily in 3D consciousness or conditioning or try something new. Or, too, if we want to live solely from kNOwing or kNOWing. There are more choices I could list here of course, but these are the first ones that come to mind and obviously some of the most relevant ones to my own personal process. These are choices I still make every day and in more and more trackable ways the more parts of me I engage with and Metasoul Aspects too. The more I engage with my Gatekeeper, the more clarity I feel about these questions and when and how ‘I’ am choosing to answer them and walk those answers out.

What I meant by, ‘nothing is really up to us’ is that no matter what we feel our ‘soul purpose’ is, it isn’t up to us how, when or even why it plays out. We get to inhabit it, piece by piece and step by step, in tandem with our own personal healing paths and what these paths need. Our intention alone to serve love is enough to get this ball rolling on down the hill and is enough to push what needs to be pushed up in order to keep it rolling on and on… offering us more opportunities and space in which to serve love as our highest calling and timeline.

Today and all days are an opportunity to be with the DIvine Feminine offerings of BEing… feeling, seeing, and perhaps, if necessary, restfully activating our highest timelines. The Trail Laid Back Home Is Through The Heart

You are consciousness. Everything outside of you is a reflection of you. Whether it is personal, global, or celestial. You are the past, present, and future in the Now. You are the Alpha and Omega. While we can let that in on a conceptual level and maybe some more viscerally than others, that feels like a tall order to our more limited way of feeling and seeing, especially when it is hard to just pay the damn bills!

You have wired up a special set of circumstances that are unique to your own personal journey of remembrance. You left breadcrumbs on the way back to source in the form of fractaled parts of you both this life and other lives. All of these create an infinite number of conditions that may be seen as obstacles as opposed to doorways. This is what your inner defense wants you to feel as the pain that was developed in response to this separation is much too hard for these parts to feel.

If you were humming on all heart cylinders you wouldn’t be seeking what it is that is keeping you from said hum. I know that is why I am here. I can feel my Higher Self in the room with me. There is a fluidity. A connection. A resounding of chords that are in balance and harmony. A deeply profound experience of Love that is so unknown to our daily consciousness.Β  These moments occur more and more the more we focus on that reality. The more we feel the part and aspects of us that is keeping us from feeling and experiencing the full breadth of our essence in our body.

We are continuing to experience more gateways, upgrades, and downloads. More of our essence and shadow are being made available to heal and embody. These are key codes and they are meant to unlock the deep wounding in our emotional body. They are like confetti from a divine and galactic parade in our honor, yet they do invite us to feel some really hard stuff. Come to some sobering and honest reflections about who we are and what has been in our soul field. In SoulFullHeart you will find that the you that is reading this is not truly You at all…and that is the shedding of all the layers that we have needed to make it all okay to be in this separation.Β  Separate from ourselves, our beloveds, our metasoul lives, and our galactic family.

So while this 3D life may feel like a burden to a part of you, it is also the pathway to your most highest expression and portal to love. It is the gateway to the expanded consciousness via your 4D protector that clears the way for more 5D sacred human expression. This is the mission of what we all came here to heal and become the vessels of Love Consciousness that lives in us all.

Anchoring Out Of 3D With Gaia: Steering Your Boat Through Transitional 4D to 5D

Gaia continues to ascend into fourth dimensional consciousness or transitional consciousness from 3D to 5D New Golden Earth with a big surge seemingly of this in the last few months particularly. The storms, earthquakes, fires, volcanic eruptions, and tornados…all matter of extreme weather are Her growing and birth pains as She labors through to let go of the anchors to 3D frequencies that exist in the very cells of Her plates and crusts. Her death and rebirth, Her churning and burning, Her grasping and releasing process, mirrors our own. The many portals opening up and making available HIGH cosmic light and PURE love energies set Her stage for the next, as they do humanities too.

Anchoring into consciousness states is necessary for our survival and our thrival. We anchored into Gaia’s 3D β€˜Earth’ reality as it was the sea for our bodily boat. It is instinct to do this and when we are young we just β€˜hook in’ this way to the consciousness around us. We acclimate to the energies around us….of our birth families, of our caregivers, of our geographies, of our educational experiences…and on and on. To NOT anchor in would be to drift and float, to have no landing place, to not be embodied here. To NOT anchor in would most likely be to leave the body and pass on again.

The incarnation experiment in 3D is the choice on a soul level to anchor into frequencies that are much denser, more polarized, and, therefore, fractured in certain ways from the flow of porous, unity consciousness that we are used to as a soul. Many of our other Metasoul aspects (who project off the same higher dimensional soul source as us or Higher Self Source) are still in higher consciousness frequencies. Your Arcturian Metasoul aspect, for example, is most likely in seventh dimensional consciousness or higher. These other Metasoul aspects are anchored into their consciousness as it was what that Metasoul projection choose to experience. Their choice of higher consciousness experience is not β€˜better’ than yours. In fact, they are in awe of the effort, strength, bravery, and difficulty it is to BE in 3D consciousness and especially during this 4D transition to becoming sacred human (5D consciousness in the human body.)

This anchoring into 3D here has been SO necessary. This is important to hold as you continue the process going forward of anchoring out of it. As you are feeling and seeing with Gaia’s transition, this is a often tumultuous experience. To anchor OUT of what parts of you are used to feels, on some level, like suicide or, at least, very risky. Your 3D self (and aspects such as the Inner Protector) have invested into the solidity of 3D. They have counted on its density, even if it has often brought up suffering, lack, pain, to BE in it. Your 3D self has gotten used to this suffering ground, this flattened five sense reality processing, this focus on the externalized world rather than the internal one. It has gotten used to the games, delusions, fear-based relationality, and lack of transparency that defines 3D reality. Receiving templates of the wounded masculine in so many expressions, your 3D self internalizes these frequencies and acts them out like characters in a play.

As your soul awakens and your Higher Self chooses to come along with Gaia’s ascension, higher consciousness frequencies begin to drip and sometimes flood into your awareness. Often, they are compartmentalized by the 3D self, put in β€˜safe’ bubbles or pockets so as not to disrupt the anchors in actual 3D living. For example, a weekend long yoga or meditation retreat is β€˜allowed’, as long as the long term marriage or friendships or birth family relationships remain anchored in 3D reality. Or, surges of awakening and Kundalini energies can move and run through you brought on by peak experiences (such as with Ayahuasca or peyote), yet they may not be integrated into 3D in a way that changes your life to reflect more of your soul consciousness on an ongoing basis or even cause trauma in your emotional body with the lack of digestion of them.

We are seeing and hearing from more souls who are struggling with integration of the higher consciousness frequencies that are coming into their BEings. Parts of them can be living in fear, tension, and anxiety as anchors are being pulled out of 3D by the ascension process and yet still being clung to at the same time by the Inner Protector and other 3D self aspects too. This push-pull of polarization inside by different parts of you is what causes the up into heaven and then down into hell experience that some souls experience of ascension. The swing up and the going down without seemingly a middle landing place to ground in.

Being able to negotiate and digest this UNanchoring process out of 3D with parts of you allows you to navigate it with much less turmoil and suffering. In the SoulFullHeart process, we support you to connect with your 3D self and your Inner Protector. Through feeling the Protector and what their concerns and tensions are about continuing to anchor out of 3D reality, they begin to let go of their fear grip on the process. They start to trust that you (the awakening into 5D self) can take care of the younger parts (such as your Inner Child) that they are concerned about. They need to feel that a YOU that is grounded in growing self love and care is there to hold the process and to ensure a safe transition. You are asking them to take safety anchors out of 3D and put them into a new, unknown consciousness ground often without any or very little support from their 3D world of family and friends. Feeling deep compassion for your 3D self in this process goes a long way, rather than frustration at its resistance.

This process also awakens the 4D Gatekeeper, who is β€˜upstream’ of the Inner Protector and is guarding access to your Metasoul. As the Gatekeeper awakens too in your consciousness through the SFH process, they start to allow you openings to connect with your Metasoul aspects and heal both the karmic patterns in those timelines, plus receive infusions and gifts of higher consciousness states from your higher vibe Metasouls. Anchoring out of 3D reality is a process that is ongoing for Gaia and for us. Being able to negotiate and navigate this process from within, to steer your own boat in sometimes very stormy seas, allows you to ride the waves with increasing trust and surrender. Those waves are ALL made of Love, after all, and the final β€˜destination’ is the experience of MORE love as your ever waking reality within your human body.

Feeling Your Protective Layers As Downloads Rain Inward – 11/11 Gateway Invitation

NEW inspirations are downloading for you now. Sometimes they trickle in like a light rain from bloated rainclouds. It depends on what you’re ready for and what parts of you are opening up to. Your Gatekeeper, who is another layer of your Inner Protector, gages and siphons off these downpours and INpours of INspiration that want to come to you, to move you into new places in your life, to help you see and make those tough choices and take those challenging steps to reclaim, re-energize and reignite the flame of self-empowerment and love.

The energies leading up to the portal of 11/11 this weekend feel like a soft caress and rock music, all at the same time… there is understanding and love from the Divine and the Multi-verse, and there’s a strong invitation to shake off the dust and awaken to where love is flowing in your life and where it may not be. It’s not a violent shake, yet for some parts of you it may feel that way in moments, as the awakenings come in and take hold of your consciousness, or at least try to. Doorways, portals opening, yes, as they have been continuously, and the most powerful one imaginable is the one that begins to open up to a wider aperture inside of you. This is the one that truly invites in more energies, more upgrades, more loving ways to be in this world. It brings in desires to tread gently yet powerfully, acknowledging how this can seem like a paradox to those who haven’t experienced that you can hold both of these frequencies at once without violence or outrage or wounded masculine expressions of toil and strife, or battles and martyrdom.

If you feel ready for the downloads coming in, you can ask for them, but you cannot bypass what needs to be felt before they can integrate in the way they need and want to. For them to truly go in with love takes a lot of conscious and ongoing holding of the parts of you that don’t want them to or aren’t sure it’s okay. Your Gatekeeper, who I mentioned earlier, is the main aspect of you that is used to holding and blocking so many threads of your potential awakening that they haven’t deemed you to be ready for quite yet (and that they haven’t been ready to let in themselves, either).

My own Gatekeeper, who I first came to know as a defensive Inner Protector or Guardian, is offering to me that my readiness is ripening after what has now been several months of working with her, yet several years of working with parts of me that were dominant aspects of my personality. She says, “the soul and heart maturity level need to match with the maturity level of the arising, conscious Sacred Human, who is striving for spiritual consciousness, not in a mentally-based way, and is deeply exploring their heart and wanting to know more, FEEL more, about who they are and why, who/what the Divine is and why, as well as who they could be destined to become in conscious and empowered co-creation with the Divine… It is important to let in the process AND the downloads, to not simply try and open floodgates that are meant to and need to be there… for now. And too, the Gatekeeper needs to feel this relationship with you as your healing Sacred Human self, to trust the Divine through and with you, as so many (myself included at times, in some layers…) still feel very consciously and unfairly separated from the Divine and therefore, from the powerful force and trance of love that wants so much to flood into you and them too.”

It is a major process to feel into, this acceptance of what is being brought in, and there are many understandable defenses that want to keep it out or filter it in a way that is perhaps more digestible for now. There is nothing that can truly be missed out on here though, as each opening within you does create this ever-widening and expanding portal of access to YOU and to the Infinite Love that is the Uni and Multi-verse we exist in and through.

So perhaps the greatest invitation and inspiration being extended to us all with this 11/11 portal, is more of the same of what comes in with all of them… to continue to acknowledge and deepen the work within, to let it be and arise and take a stronger, more self-loving hold on your heart and soul. To invite in a reality that is heart-based, that works with the mind and not against it, and with the soul in a more sober way. There is so much still to feel and on the other side of that, so much more to just keep letting in as we continue our paths of deep inner transformation that continuously transform and upgrade our entire world as we kNOW it and rediscover it, today. ❀
