Energy Update: EPIC Energies, EPIC Quantum Transmutational Opportunities

Vibrating, churning, spinning codes streaming in from the ‘holes to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface. Coming in on SOULar winds up in the high 600’s km/second, these are bringing in geomagnetics since the 5/5 gateway opened UP access to our Higher Self, star family connection, and 5D New Earth experience too.

It feels like these higher frequency SOULar activations are staying around for awhile…at least through the end of May potentially. These energies are combining with Gaia’s churnings and burnings, Her volcanic offgassings/ventings and lava flowings….. with an elevated Schumann/Gaia resonance frequency for hours at a time in the last 24 hours to reflect this higher vibrational shift UP.

The resulting geomagnetic storms are being called, ‘minor’ again by spaceweather.com, yet, those of us sensitive (and meant to be sensitive) to these energies can feel them quite strongly. You may feel them in your body as acute tiredness or need to rest, to go within, to be flat on your back yet with your heart and soul open to receive what comes next. The aches and pains can move with this acceptance and going within too. Yet, too, you may feel excited and ALIVE…like blood is coming back finally to numbed limbs. You may swing between the two states of sleepiness and excitement!

The reason for all this Gaia and SOULar energy activity showing up is because of how many MORE of us are needed to step up and into our service of love purpose here. The transition into collective disclosure of fear polarized realities is intensifying across the board.

I know, parts of you may have so often felt like no one around you gets what you are seeing and feeling and awakening into. That it has felt at times like no one is listening or tracking what you’ve been offering. And parts of you may have felt quite alone at times in your dawning awakening, like you are shouting into an empty room. Parts of me have felt that way MANY times over the years and the corresponding despair and hopelessness and just wanting to ‘give up’ that comes with it.

Yet, there has been good reason for this going ahead of others….to BEcome prepared, to BEcome ready to respond with your heart, to serve as a bridge for those newly awakening and those others that have been for awhile and yet may need your specific frequency of love to be in exchange with them. Feel/discover/negotiate with the parts of you that have resistance, fear, and trauma from not being heard/seen/felt by others in the past (and in other lifetimes/timelines)….and move INTO what you are here to BE and do anyway. The reason for all this energetic activity is to reveal the places and layers and parts of you that need your direct connection and love with them. Yes, you have done loads of ‘healing work’ and clearing and releasing and awakening. Yes, this is true. And, you may have even offered tons of healing space with and to others.

However, this is NEXT LEVEL for ALL of us now. This is going deeper to the CORE of all of our 3D anchored and undigested woundings and traumas PLUS from lifetimes/lifetimes for which our Metasoul/Higher Self Source is experiencing in the now. This is doing multiple lifetimes/timelines of activation in ONE.

This is quantum now. This is galactic now. This is moment by moment choice to BE love in service, even if that looks primarily like to yourself and ALL parts that need you.

It’s not that you are now ‘behind’ in your healing and awakening process. It’s that the Divine is asking you to go somewhere NEW, BEyond where you have been before as a soul in ONE lifetime when starting from a 3D-based frequency.

Transitioning to 5D IN the body in ONE lifetime…..WOW! This is epic stuff. You ARE an epic BEing. Accepting and surrendering that you WILL have more thing to feel, heal, and be revealed is to connect to the actual epicness of what we are experiencing right now as a collective and as individuals.

To arise….EPIC sacred human….to arise!

5/5 Gateway: An Open House Hosted By Your 5D Self, Metasoul and Star Family

We are awakening! We are UNIFYing! We are BEcoming connected again in the frequencies of the heart and the vibrations of the soul. We are celebrating our individualities WHILE feeling that MORE connects us then actually separates us. We are BEcoming New Earth in this Now and this one…..and this one too!

Om Mani Padme Hum……THIS is what is being offered to me by my star family and esp. the Pleiadians who seem to be activating all the bridges they have brought to us over our human ‘history’ for us to see and feel the connections to them again. They are preparing us for collective disclosure of our galactic consciousness in this way.

They are reminding us that in the heart of ALL religions is a GIFT of Divine reflection. In the heart of ALL religions is the message of our essence as Divine Oneness and the eventual and inevitable return to the Divine. How these gifts have been interpreted and filtered by our collective polarized 3D consciousness is what we are arising out of now to throw off the forms, binds, and structures and FEEL more the genuine essence that remains.

Om Mani Padme Hum…..all my star family is chanting this with me today, including a precious Metasoul sister of mine who needs it in her timeline….the ‘alien looking’ ones (like the Mantids and the Zetas and the Arcturians) and the ones that look like us only somehow brighter (like the Pleiadians and Lemurians). NONE of these BEings are better or superior than us, just in other timelines and dimensions and different stories than ours here on 3D transitioning to 5D Gaia. My Metasoul and all its aspects/fractals are unifying around this refrain, as yours may as well….

My star family is offering that sanskrit and mantras have their origins NOT in religion, yet rather are a GIFT from the stars to activate our DNA, our Unity Consciousness, and remember where we come from. Singing them extends BEyond any practices, theories, dogmas, and doctrines.

This is a beautiful recording of this mantra from Deva Premal….who SO feels like a Pleiadian/Human hybrid to me, such pure frequency and channel of their energy:

Today, with the glorious 5/5 gateway/stargate that is swung WIDE OPEN (think, like an open house for remembering and receiving and being activated), you can feel hosted by your 5D self and your star family and your Metasoul aspects in higher dimensional consciousness frequencies. You can merge with your 5D Self and receive some much needed infusions and transmissions of the Heaven Bliss consciousness that is spring-loaded inside of you! You can activate your star DNA in a visceral and very felt way!

“Pulling out of this old matrix of 3D relationship can be a tough one as it tugs on our inner guilt and shame. It can be hard for the part of us that feels a responsibility in the emotional responses of others. It doesn’t feel very loving to hurt others. It can feel like you are being selfish and uncaring. Think of a spider web and you are at one of the crossings. If you pull on that it affects all those around that are connected in that web. You make waves and rumbles when you begin to realize this arrangement is no longer in service of your highest self.”

Aligned And Alive On 5/5

This last week for me feels as if it has been leading up to this coming 5/5 gateway. It started with opening up the intention to feel more into my power, leadership, and truth. The full moon seemed to infuse me with the energy of action and stepping up, stepping out, and stepping into. This gateway feels to offer us an invitation into the next level of our continuing trajectory of our service of love, leadership, and ambassadorship.

That service first starts within from self to self. It is about feeling all the ways in which you relate to yourself, others, and life itself. It is about feeling where you may not feel aligned and alive in all areas of your life. You are perfect just as you ARE, but there are also passions and alignments that are wanting to manifest. This gateway is giving us the reflection of what our 5D/Highest Self truly wants for us.

It wants us to feel this abundant self-love where an inner union is alive and felt deeply when you look in the mirror. It wants us to be authentic and courageous in our truth and action. It wants us to be treated with reverence and respect by others. It wants us to experience intensely magical and sacred sexuality. It wants us to be in a romantic union and intimate community. It wants us to create and commune with higher dimensional beings. It wants us to serve love in whatever way that is aligned with our deepest gifts. There are no limits to what is possible and desirable.

For many, there is a feeling we are not ‘there’ yet, wherever ‘there’ is. There may be a lot that is keeping you from truly embodying that picture. When you begin to get real with your emotional truth, you begin to see where the aliveness has been numbed and/or the alignment displaced. It is visceral and recognizable. The 5/5 gateway is like a big road sign that says “EXIT HERE! ENTER NOW!!”.  To me, that means to get off the old road of what was limiting and veer off into the New where you DO get to have what you want through the inner work.

But there are influences to feel that may keep that state from being a continuous stream of consciousness candy. The fears and other lower vibrational emotional states, held by parts, are there to be heard, felt, and held. They need help to feel that there is something bigger, not just outside but on the inside. These parts are awaiting a bigger version to come and help them digest and collapse.

As this occurs through your inner relationships with your Protector, Punisher, Teenager, Mother, Father, Child, Gatekeeper etc. you then can feel that larger soul aspects that hold more of a soul aspect that is a part of your Metasoul. Through the continued healing of these parts and timelines, you collect their gifts and passions. They integrate into you more and you become so much more than you have ever felt possible. I am taking this idea with me as I am ready to begin a more outed journey in my leadership through videos and live stream opportunities. I can feel the parts of me that have been a bit buzzed on old fear patterns and it is time to step UP and OUT. I will be covering many topics that are related to ascension and its practical implications, especially in regards to men and the masculine. Women are highly desired to participate!

We are all on a path to alignment, aliveness, and wholeness. Through the SoulFullHeart process, I provide a ‘how’ on the path. Not The Way, but A way. What Being A Millennial Means To Me

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what being a “millennial” really means. Part of me is still very attached to TV shows but sometimes interesting things can come out of watching them. Many of the current shows that are airing now mention current generations in some form or another – an aspect that is actually reflective of these generations. Millennials received much attention and analysis for some time but the attention is now shifting to Generation Z.

If you don’t know much about what these generations are known for, I’ll start by generalizing an entire age group of people (not a very millennial or gen z thing to do 😉 . These two generations have brought a rise in social media, selfies, technological knowledge, political awareness, social justice, political correctness, sensitivity, sexual openness and acceptance, gender fluidity, desire for self love, support of marijuana legalization, awareness of racism and sexism, digital nomads, etc. What first comes to mind when I feel into the connection of all of these things: self awareness.

When I feel into what being a millennial means to me, self awareness is what I think of first. This can be shown in so many unique and diverse ways and has given our generations mixed reviews. On the shadow side, self awareness can be displayed as narcissism, self-centeredness, finding love and approval through likes on a selfie or post, looking at magazines as a resource for how you’re supposed to look, valuing money and material possessions as signs that you’ve “made it” and that you may actually be worth something and so much more. You can see this in people my age and feel all sorts of judgement and anger about what they choose to care about, but what I see in this pattern is fear.

A fear that we can’t possibly live up to the expectations of generations before us. The generations that were lucky if they could land a lucrative career, get married and have a beautiful family. These were the things that everyone wanted, it was the American dream. But something has shifted in the collective consciousness around this. Houses got more expensive, relationships became more complicated, people were getting tired of not being who they really were or getting what they really wanted. Values changed, passions were different and it was hard for parents to understand. Happiness no longer came with the “typical” life but what it did come with was fear. The fear of not being accepted, of not being loved by our families because we wanted something different, even the fear of not being accepting enough of other people in our generation.

So some turned to the only thing they knew that could prove they were doing something right: likes, follows, subscribers. Sure, parts can judge this as narcissism and a heavy focus on looks as a means of receiving love. But what’s really interesting is that something amazing started to come from this. Likes and comments were leading to 16 year-olds making money from their passion for make-up artistry. Kids and teenagers were able to do what they loved, from their own home, while going to school and becoming well-known and sometimes even paid. Travelling was made possible through working online and making a living just by talking about their passion for their lifestyle.

So then we feel into the light side of self awareness. This leads to compassion, open mindedness, interest in political and social issues, noticing how we affect others, valuing how we treat ourselves, changing the way we use our words and shift our energy, reevaluating what our passion really is and what we want to do with it – more love and less fear. If I’ve learned anything this past week, it’s that you can’t have the light without the dark.

It feels like it was almost imperative to have a wave of self consciousness. From that blooms the awareness that the approval of others themselves does not lead to happiness, but that their support and your own confidence in yourself can lead to you doing something you really love.

When I see videos of young kids giving motivational speeches, high school students speaking out for their rights, and people my age loving others despite their appearance, race, or sexuality – that’s when I know something’s changing. Collective consciousness is shifting to a higher frequency, and the “evidence” is right in front of our eyes. Some of us are here to be lawmakers, rule breakers, and game changers but if I could feel in my heart one more thing that I want for this ever changing world? More real love, more truth, more heart and soul. We are not victims to our circumstances, we are given every single experience for a reason and we chose it. If we shift the way we see our lives and ourselves we could easily go from powerless to powerful and that – that would change us and the world.

If I could wish for anything it would be for us humans to lay down our weapons and our fists, to set aside our fears of not fitting in or being loved, to no longer need labels or defenses, and to go IN. Go into our hearts and feel compassion for ourselves and the parts of US that are scared, first. We can fight and even love on the outside all we want, but the biggest, brightest and most beautifully catalytic change that can happen is inside. We all so badly want something from the world and from others but what if we can find all of that and MORE right here at home in ourselves.

Full Moon Codes Support BEcoming Our Service Of Love Selves

I felt the energies of the full moon starting to beam down last night, woken up in the night by Her illumination. I was able to drift back to sleep listening to soothing music as I wanted to take in more of what She had to offer into my unconscious mind/heart/body.  I can feel how today, April 29th, is a good one to go INward, open up to 5D and higher journeys, open up to feelings, open up to realizations/revelations and inspirations!
 
I am feeling so grateful and blessed in this NOW moment of love coming up from within and coming UP to be shared with others in service through SoulFullHeart, nearly every day with sessions and/or an Unity Meditation call or a radio interview. I am grateful for this NOW moment of BEing invited to step up and share, as we all are who have been awakening to who we really ARE as love.
 
These powerful full moon codes are supporting us becoming our service of love/5D selves! They offer Divine Feminine support for integration after so much Sacred Masculine activation energies from the sun recently. It is the important integration process (letting in) that allows us to truly change and transform into our Service Of Love Self in more and more moments! The more deeply we have embraced the integration phase, the more we can bring all those light codes into our every living cell, emotional bodies, and chakra vortexes.

I feel these Divine Feminine codes saying:

Go in, feel and heal, make yourself ready, and share in the overflow of the love that comes as a result.

THIS is the reason we are gifted with the guidance, with the vision, with the goodness AND the pain, with the lessons that come out of struggle…to serve love. THIS is the reason we are gifted with ascending and remembering more sense of the higher frequencies of our Metasoul/Higher Self soul source consciousness.

THIS reason, to serve love as our highest purpose and calling….THIS reason wants to rumble through your life and offer changes to the how and the why and the way you have lived. THIS reason wants to invite you to complete relationships that don’t serve love yet instead distract you, suppress you, shrink you. THIS reason wants you to claim what you most WANT and DESIRE and DESERVE in union with others and with yourself. THIS reason wants you to claim your soul gifts, express your soul gifts, feel and heal the karmic binds from other lifetimes that suppress you and block you and keep you hidden.

Love can only be served more purely from a heart that is healing and IN JOY from that healing, from light that shines from being with the dark, from what is revealed from being with shadow. Love can only be served more purely from a self that is being deconstructed, dismantled with love and by love, to reveal the self that is NOT driven by unconscious wounding, material gain, and self image but rather is pure in its motive to serve love in all moments, including to self.

THIS service of love from an increasingly PURE heart and soul is the invitation to embody your sacred humanity.

THIS is what the Universe, Divine Source, your guides/Metasoul Aspects, your star families, your soul families are waiting for you to BE and to do.

THIS is what you have signed up to do and why you are here in the NOW at this moment of great transition, turmoil, death and rebirth, of collective and galactic awakening and growing!

Change Your Life By Finding Your Courage

Bravery. It’s a good topic to get into, isn’t it? We’re living in times where we SO need our bravery, both the masculine and feminine versions of it. We all have these energies inside of us. We’re all capable of so much beyond our wildest dreams and somehow you know this and can feel it… but not always. Being born into 3D conditioning is like having a lead balloon over your bigness. That is, until it’s not what’s true anymore and you’re remembering how to soar again!

Yesterday I posted just a couple of lines on my Facebook page that said, “If you don’t feel challenged to find your bravery, you’re living a life that supports your stuckness, not your growth…” and got a really big response! It feels like these are words that so many parts and Metasoul Aspects are NEEDING to hear and feel. It’s an invitation that’s meant to bowl you over with love. You’re always invited into your bigness through finding your courage. You find your true courage by finding your heart. If there’s no heart in your choices, if you aren’t truly feeling them, parts of you are keeping you numb out of fear and wanting to just exit the whole situation or relationship without feeling the loss or mourning. This is more bravado than bravery and comes from the Inner Protector wanting to just get OUT already… there’s nothing “wrong” with this though, especially because leaving abusive relationships can really require you to feel as unsentimental as possible on your way out the door. This is about survival in some cases and bless your Inner Protector for doing their job!

What I just mentioned about the Inner Protector brings us to the point I was making about masculine and feminine expressions of bravery. Since the Inner Protector for both men and women tends to be very, very masculine in energy, a very protected and armored version of bravery is expressed through this part. This is more wounded masculine than healed masculine of course, yet there’s no judgment about that because this is just how this part of you has HAD to be. Masculine bravery also expresses through the inner matriarch/patriarch (Inner Mother/Father). Matriarchy, the way it’s been expressed so far, has been intensely masculine in many ways. Any picture of a warrior woman is a masculine one, for example. Feminine power and bravery are different in my experience than anything that requires contention and battles on any level. The more healed version of masculine bravery lives in the heart. It helps you set intentions and not waiver from the course of action chosen, though your heart is still open to feeling your way through it (which is more feminine). It also helps you set boundaries when necessary and quite often it IS necessary in order to exit one door in your life and enter another.

Feminine bravery expresses through the heart. It’s a deep-seated courage to keep feeling all there is to feel. Courage to be WITH the mourning of leaving relationships, career, etc. Courage to be WITH the entering and letting in of new ones, too. Interesting that I’m using the word “courage” instead of “bravery” when talking about the feminine expression! I think this is because cour-age is of the heart, with “coeur” being the French word for “heart” and the feminine lives and thrives in the heart space. It takes a ton of bravery to stay in your heart, even when the world seems to support parts of you not to stay there and when it’s understandably tempting to follow along with that…

It takes a lot of YOU in your growing and strengthening essence to keep fnding your next steps in your life though every single awakening experience and every integration of these experiences too. You’re not meant to stay the same, and your life isn’t meant to either. You have a choice to be with the parts of you that are afraid and take brave steps anyways, trusting in your heart and soul that you WILL be and ARE held by something bigger within you and that life is on your side, not against you. This is a big one to feel and let in. And it takes a lot of bravery to even begin doing so. ❤

Energy Update: Good News Love Waves Coming In

The ‘good’ news, yes, is the SOULar winds picking UP again, plus a full moon coming on April 29th offering much needed lunar/Divine Feminine frequencies. This is preparing us for what feels like a significant portal opening on 5/5 that offers a ‘next level’ embodiment of your Higher Self and connection to your galactic self and star family. These energies coming in stronger CAN be good news if you feel them and let them in that way. Even the body symptoms you might experience of light headedness, shift in sleep patterns, appetite changes, mega drowsiness, head aches and muscle pains. Even the emotional body releases of what was in shadow of shame, guilt, anger, frustration. Even the relationship break downs and break ups that can push up so much to be felt inside. Even the job/money livelihood dissatisfaction rumbles and scarcity pictures coming into awareness.
This is ALL good news because it is about experiencing deeper and deeper layers of 3D conditioning/parts of you to BEcome more of your essence again as INfinite Love, yet now within your human body. These energies provide a loving container to hold these explorations and journeys. The good news is the support that the Universe and the Divine provides for this transition and shift. The support comes in these SOULar AND Lunar frequencies bringing in Divine Masculine activations and the Divine Feminine INtegrations. Bringing in more balance into your whole BEing.
This may not feel like good news to parts of you, especially if these energies are inviting you to move into a death and rebirth cycle. Listen to the voice that feels overwhelmed and lost. Feel this voice as a beloved part of you that needs YOU. You can hold much compassionate for the parts of you that have been invested in your life up to this point and all the settings and stages you’ve chosen there. This is only the death of what is false to your authentic BEing now. This is the loss of only what no longer resonates to the same vibrations as you. Of course this can be VERY painful to experience if another person is involved. Long-term marriages and relationships are completing in this way now as what is REAL is able to be felt, seen, and acknowledged. You may be leading this completion, which also can be challenged to accept as the self loving thing to do for both you AND your partner. Trust that if you are wanting to experience more love, you are providing a merciful completing for both you and your partner.
PURE love, as offered by these cosmic energies, reveals what isn’t from and of that substance. What was previously able to be settled for in terms of crumbs of nourishment no longer IS when you start letting in the full meal love deal of these energies. This, again, is GOOD news as your digestive system (on all body levels) wants and needs more! Crumbs are no longer enough. You want a bountiful bounty of love and goodness and resonance….in ALL relationships and especially with yourself and with every part of you to another.
Let in the love bounty of these energies and be with any parts of that experience them as LESS than this. Bridge to them from your soul consciousness that gets what GOOD news this whole process is, one that you have so bravely committed to as a soul. Connect to the Divine GIFT being offered in this NOW to all parts of you in ALL timelines of your Metasoul expression.

Shifting From 3D Money Earning To 5D Abundance

Ongoingly throughout your personal Ascension process, there are challenges brought to you in all areas of your life. The financial area of life is one in particular that likely holds much charge and reactivity from parts of you, especially parts that make up the 3D Self, and understandably so given the amount of conditioning there is around it and the amount of suffering too. Parts can truly become attached to the suffering as a sort of handrail. It’s that idea of comfortable discomfort again, which as you continue awakening, becomes only more and more obvious to you!

To enter a more spacious ground around money, it’s a good reminder that truly satiating abundance does not live in numbers… it lives in deep heart and soul nourishment, soul and heart “food” of exchanges with others who you are in deep resonance with on all levels. There is a depth to real abundance that does not show up in the ways that your 3D Self parts have been conditioned to believe that it will. It can only be experienced in your life through your willingness to say “no” to everything that doesn’t feel like it comes from true self-love and worth and all that you are now outgrowing too.

Awakenings are challenging enough… and then there is the money world that you are supposed to somehow navigate as well! There can be SO much energy of money being “against” spirituality, especially coming from the 4D Self and what it could be that your own soul has witnessed or been a part of related to money in other lifetimes/timelines.  Yet, it can be a grounded support of your spirituality and expanding consciousness in this current world where we still need it and an opportunity to help sustain and even boost our spiritual growth trajectory. Money earning sets an intention. It can fuel your deeper awakenings, not dampen them, by being invested in processes, inner work that feels like lifeblood to you, and invested too in helping you make MORE space for yourself and your needs, not less. It is there to be invested with energy and love INTO love.

The old 3D picture of money-earning is one of a cycle of earning money only to spend it and often to maintain a lifestyle that only goes so deep for you… the latest smartphone tech cannot feel you. Dinner at a fancy restaurant with friends or your spouse cannot satisfy you if these connections are not based in having your deepest heart and soul social needs met. Money cannot ever buy parts of you the love that they want MORE of… the heart and soul “food” nourishment that can only come from resonant soul family connections and a deepening connection with yourself, your parts, your galactic and Metasoul aspects, too. Though, when invested in YOU and in your growth path, it CAN and WILL help you draw the resources you need to keep moving inward and UPward, and the most satisfying experiences of love you can imagine and beyond, to boot!

Whatever the current money picture is that you are living out… at the end of the day, this whole process is all about self-love and worth and inhabiting your truest sense of power in the world, and any process that provides you with THAT ground, is one that will truly lead you to where you most want to BE, who you most want to BEcome, and the resonant hearts and souls you most want to BE with! This is 5D abundance in a tangible form. And this is what makes it all worth it. ❤
